So i went to this cart at the crux brewery last weekend. i had high hopes, and was very disappointed. i ordered a marg pizza and it was just flat out sad. The pizza crust was not raw, but barely cooked at the same time. floppy and flavorless. the sauce tasted like it came from a frozen red baron and please correct me if i'm wrong, but they served the basil raw after letting the pizza cool. i thought the basil was suppose to be baked at the end or at the very least applied right out of the oven to allow it to soften. the mozzarella was the only good part of the pizza and the tomato slices was different but not bad. Had the mount bachelor pizza. The pulled pork on it was dry and rest of ingredients lacked as well. My friend had a simple pepperoni pizza that was much better when we traded a slice. Pepperoni that they use is very flavorful. It's thin crust pizza but too thin for my preference. read more

Red Road Pizza is a staple for us while in the area. The pizza is great, fresh baked and out of the oven for each order. The owner is wonderful, and kind enough to bring your order/orders into the Wild Ride Breweries indoor space, even on ridiculously blustery, cold days. I've never yet seen the business closed for weather. It's always been dependable. Typically we have enough left over to bring back home, and have another meal or two. It reheats great. read more

My hearty Hawaiian Pizza was so delicious. I wasn't even hungry but I ate the whole thing because it was that divine. I love thin crust pizza. I am so glad we stumbled upon this place via Yelp. I had just come from eating tacos but I couldn't pass up on this place. I couldn't decide what to get but the kind man helped me work through the decisions and I am so glad we got to the hearty Hawaiian pizza. I can't wait to come back to Central Oregon and get an entire pizza to myself. I shared mine and the other party got pepperoni + 1 (they chose tomatoes) which was delicious as well, but I tell you that hearty Hawaiian really hit the spot and I can't wait for my next trip back. Just tried them for the first time tonight! We got our pizzas to go and they were still warm and delicious by the time we got home. We were skeptical when we opened the box and saw how thin the crust was, but when you bite it it really is just the right thickness! Perfectly cooked and loaded with toppings. My husband ordered The Classic without the bell peppers and I ordered the Cinder Cone without jalapenos. I think my only critique would be they just need a little more sauce, but it was so good that's barely worth mentioning. We are already planning on going back next week with family from Bend! read more

Great pizza every time, plus they include a three cheese blend on all their pizzas! The crush is very thin so if you like a thick crust forget about it! I don't mind it at all :)! There is a selection of toppings and they take card payments :) The seating is outdoor indoor and there are fires at night which is so cool! read more

Really cool spot in Redmond. A collaboration with the Wild Ride Brewery where there are food trucks outside and beer inside. They also have a great outdoor seating area with some gas fire pits. I was worried this would be a quick pizza that would be okay but not great. I was pleasantly surprised after waiting a appropriate amount of time I was present a perfectly crispy, lightly charred hot and melts masterpiece. The crust was really good! The ingredients were well balanced with the cheese and sauce. The flavors were bright and vibrant brought all together with a sauce that was reminiscent of one that was freshly made. This was an exciting find in downtown Redmond and well worth the trip. Definitely a return worthy stop. Btw the other trucks also had some great offerings as did the brew house. read more
