So a bit of chaos insued. The person at the front desk, gets one star, if that. She was not very knowledgeable, and gruff grrh! She acted as if I was a bother! Not a good first impression! I did what I was told, and placed, my info in my cell, the information she told me to do, but then the page disappeared, I could not go forward. She kept asking a manager who was a nurse practitioner what's up. Devon the nurse practitioner was a fresh breeze, and got my vitals, drew blood, etc... Then in my room, for 30 minutes we tried to do my online information, on my phone, and even on hers, and nothing would let us put the code in. So she said I will have the nurse call you and get your medical history. Yay! She was very pleasant, and told me that my phone number on their end was put into the computer incorrectly, and they are so sorry. Devon kept coming in and apologizing. I then had a wonderful telehealth conversation with the doctor, she was amazing. So I've scheduled a follow-up.

It was a bad choice, trust me, I'm in my seventies and have replaced dentures many times. I know prices go up but they charged 4 times more than the last time. They made a really bad set and I went back a dozen times to get adjustments. I gave up going back when they couldn't make it as comfortable as my last set. I decided to keep it as a back up cause they are not good. If they are good at dental work I don't know but they can't make dentures.
