I just love the pizza here. They have a wonderful lunch Pizza with a large fountain drink for only $13.99. The ingredients are always fresh and it's the best sausage on the pizza of any I've had since leaving New York. They also have an all-you-can-eat pizza lunch with a fabulous salad bar. Service has gotten really bad at this location. Has gradually gotten worse over the last year. Won't be coming here any more. Today I called to place an order. Was put on hold for 20 minutes. Then got hung up on. Called back, put on hold again. Said I didn't want to wait. Was told too bad there's a line. Then placed an online order and drove in right away. I get there 5 minutes later and there's no line. Tried to explain my experience to the cashier. She cuts me off and won't listen. Two words: cold food. Ok. I get that there was one driver. I don't believe that excuses a business from delivering quality. 45 mins is the quoted delivery window when using the app. When I called in 20 mins past that window to check on the order, I was told they had the one driver, he left 7 mins ago and had a few orders to deliver. When he arrived almost 40 mins after leaving the restaurant- the food was barely warm as delivered. Now I'm within a mile radius of the restaurant. I would prefer better communication (any communication at all would be better) and have hot food delivered. I feel this service level is unacceptable on a $100 plus order. Do better. read more

Mountain Mike's pizza tastes very similar to Round Table Pizza. I have always ordered our pizza from the Country Club Dr. store. The preparation and quality of our pizzas from Mt. Mike has been consistent from the numerous times I have ordered from there, and we have not had a bad pizza thus far. The service has been very good. The staff has been friendly and helpful every time I pick up our order. The only time we ate the pizza buffet at Mt. Mike's for lunch, I observed there was always fresh pizza to select from. The salad bar was average, not great, but definitely not bad. There are numerous pizza places to order from. Mountain Mikes is the pizza establishment that we always return to. Ordered from this location via DoorDash, took the dasher about and hour and a half to deliver but that has nothing to do with this review. I was very disappointed in our order, particularly disappointed in the large chicken luau specialty pizza we ordered. The slices in this pizza were all different, which was very odd, almost as if slices were missing or the slices were out of place because the cut lines didn't like up and the shape of the pizza was not only small for a large but was oddly shaped. I liked coming here had an unfortunate day today! I placed an order for wings sat down waited about 10 minutes and they called out for a small pepperoni pizza. The food is a complete gamble every time I make up my mind to give them another shot at redemption. : ( I can not and will not recklessly lay full blame on this franchise as a whole, that would be completely unfair to the franchise and of myself to do so. Because I do, on occasion enjoy me some Mountain Mikes pizza, and their take on pizza, the type of pizza we've all come to love over the years! When done correctly you too would find it rather difficult to disagree with the claim I've just raised! That's not to say some of the Mountain Mikes franchises have at times, found it difficult to maintain this culture of excellence set forth by the pizzerias original founders. Which brings me to this particular franchise, falling short of excellence does happen and will happen from time to time, no one is perfect. And those who enjoy Mountain Mikes pizza are often understanding of this, and are very forgiving followers of the fan fare! However if "falling short" of excellence in time becomes synonymous with Mountain Mikes.. I'm sure you can paint the picture and see where I'm going with this yourself? The food business is finicky in the best of times, why make it out to be any harder than it has to be? That being said, find a standard and stick with it, also be consistent with those standards, because your customers will come to rely on them! And at last, do not let...one...single...solitary pizza leave that kitchen until you yourself could not be any more happier than you are right now! Could you justify spending your hard earned dollars on this pizza? Consistency, it's not exactly difficult to assemble a pizza. Take pride in what you're sending out into the community. I don't know how many times I've ordered pizza from this particular establishment and it's been completely unsatisfactory? Every once in a while I will get a pie that reminds me why I enjoy Mountain Mikes so much! Excellence is becoming less and less of a standard unfortunately, and it's far to convenient to seek out a another alternative these days. Please note; It brings me absolutely zero pleasure in writing this soul sucking diatribe about a place I actually like however, it needs fixing. And until then, you, not unlike myself may want to reconsider when placing an order here. Out of all the Mountain Mike's in the area, this one is my favorite. For some reason, it tastes better than the others esp the crust which is crisp the way I like it! Also it just tastes fresh out of the oven. Since the quarantine, I have not been out anywhere. The one thing I was craving was this pizza! So I risked it finally, it was good to know( bc yes, I was still worried!) the guy has his mask on and gloves- made me feel better that no one was breathing or coughing over my pizza! It was delicious as usual! Love my Robber's Roost, pepperoni/sausage with white sauce( my son ordered that with white sauce one day and got hooked ever since pepperoni with white sauce- try it!). I like the McKinley too. The guy who worked there( btw, of all the locations, the workers here at any time of the year have always gone above and beyond awesome and so nice and friendly!) was soooo nice, gave me soda free and a 50% off next order coupon, etc. Thank you! I've eaten here several times and their pizza is somewhat decent but be very careful of the Franks red hot wings because, they taste more like a cardboard Box than they do either chicken or Franks.... We had the worst experience in this place. luck of customer service and dangerous place for people with allergies. We order half veggie and half chicken and they added bacon to the pizza when we took the complete pizza back all they did was handed us a small chicken pizza to replace half of family size. I usually only write reviews when a place is so outstanding that I must let everyone know so all my reviews are always 5 star reviews. HOWEVER, we live within walking distance to this Mountain Mikes and let me say that I really wanted this place to be successful and was excited when it opened up a ice it was so close to our house. My one star review is for their buffet, not their pizza to order (which might be great). My husband and I arrived at 1:30 and their buffet ends at 2:00. There was 1/2 a pan of random leftover pieces of pizza and 1/2 a pan of pepperoni pizza. We are regulars at round table lunch buffet because of their LARGE selection and fresh pizzas (they always have at least 6-7 variety of pizza out at all times even at 1:30). My husband and I expected that the owner would at least put out a fresh pizza while we were there but he didn't. So we spent $16 dollars to eat Luke warm leftover pepperoni pizza. We will NEVER be back no matter how close they are to us. I would drive across town before I went back to eat here. Do yourself a favor and go to round table if you are going for lunch or dinner pizza buffet. You won't be disappointed! read more

Honest and friendly staff. I am so pleased with the food and staff at this location. My family and I went in for pizza on Friday night, rather than our usual delivery from another location. The pizza was delicious! But even better than that is the staff! Late Friday night, I realized my Apple Watch was not on my wrist. We had gone shopping at severL places, so in the morning, I started calling, not too hopeful my watch would be found. When I called Mountain Mikes, Chris confirmed that the watch had been turned in. They used three of those plastic triangle things to keep the top from sticking to the cheese. I noticed that. Took about 1 hour for three pizzas in Brentwood. $95 ish.
