We went for cherry picking at brentwood and were famished after that. I waled inside and was pleasantly greeted by a friendly server. She showed me the menu and helped me choose the right options based on my preferences. Offer of the week- on all take out/ to-go orders above $25, u get a 2 litres soda/ lemonade bottle free. I ordered a medium veggie pizza with red sauce (red was yummy) with extra jalapenos and the pizza was ready in 20 mins as promised. The taste wasnt the most amazing but nonetheless delicious and u could taste the good quality ingredients and fresh melting cheese. Sometimes all u need is a decent pizza when u are stuck in an unknown area and are craving a quick bite. This one did the job! The manager Van is a complete dickhead with no customer service skills whatsoever. I was charged for my order, waited an hour and a half, contacted him with the order number from my account under previous orders through THEIR website, told him I have confirmation from Apple Pay that I was charged and he said "It'll just be refunded back to your account. If not you deal with your bank". I kept telling him I can show him my order info and he just kept interrupting me. I told him to please listen and he cut me off and said "NO YOU LISTEN!" Will not be ordering from them again. We've ordered here for years. Tonight we ordered a pizza for our kids and there was an obvious pubic hair on it. We called them right away and they refused to give us a refund. They would only make us a new pizza. We asked to speak to the manager and they said he wasn't available. They could clearly see we've order many pizzas from them and yet they can't give us one refund. Why would we want a new pizza when there's sanitary issues there? Pizza was very good, I got an all meat medium and my wife and daughter got the chicken. They love their pizza, mine was very good. We use the discount card they left on our porch $15 off two mediums and included a 2 liter of soda. We definitely will be going back, like to try some of the appetizers and other stuff on the menu. I normally order my pizza from a different Pizza Guys location, but this was a happy accident! I have to first start off with how we got to this location, then I will explain how AWESOME they were! My husband placed our order online for us to pick up at, what we thought was our usual location (not this one). When we arrived at the other location it was revealed that they didn't have an order for us. After talking back and forth with the girl at the front, she told us we "might have" placed our order for the other location (this one I'm reviewing). It was completely our mistake, but the girl told us that she'd take our order instead and "make it fast". Confused, we told her it wouldn't be right to do that and it WAS our mistake. She told us a couple more times she would take BETTER care of us and to tell her our order. Disgusted with her openly trying to steal money from another location, we asked where the other place was. She refused to check if our order had gone there and would only tell us they were "somewhere on Balfour". We had to drive up and down the street as we didn't think to bring our phones to pick up pizza, and were relieved to finally find it. I felt I HAD to say something to them and told the guys working what happened, but they already KNEW it was happening. They told me I wasn't the first person to bring this to their attention, but there wasn't anything they could do about it. They were very grateful that we still showed and gave us a choice of a freebie to thank us (they did not expect me to review). Not only that, but they made our salads FRESH, explaining that they wait until the customer arrives to make them (something the other location didn't do as I have had soggy croutons and such from it sitting). I am not joking when I say that the salad was the BEST salad I have EVER had from Pizza Guys! Not only that, but even though we were late getting there, the calzones we ordered were still piping hot! All of our food was juicy and delish! The salads were fresh and just how we wanted them. Our order was spot on! My husband and I both agreed that the extra distance was WORTH IT as the other location was NEVER as good! These guys really know how to make the food and they seem to take some pride in it too. I noticed, while we waited a minute more for our salads, that they were checking and re-checking and working like a real team. I will GLADLY come here from NOW ON for my Pizza Guys fix. They did an amazing job, were super friendly and apologetic (because it took a minute to make our salads), and were all around a great group of guys! Thank you and keep up the great work! Great Customer Service! I ordered a pepperoni pizza on line cuz they were having a New Years Day special. So, I went to pick up the pizza and found that they had made me a cheese pizza. The manager was very helpful and explained to me what had happened. What I didn't know was I had to click on the "add Pepperoni" even though I selected the pepperoni pizza. Really? If I came into the store and asked for a pepperoni pizza, were they going to ask me if I wanted pepperoni on it? But, I think others have made the same mistake. The manager made me a pepperoni pizza and gave me the cheese pizza also with no extra charge! I know that they would've had to throw the cheese pizza away anyways, but it was a nice gesture that they gave it to me. It made a repeat customer out of me! read more

This place is going downhill by the day, yesterday I ordered five extra large pizzas which are supposed to be 16 inch pizzas instead I received barely 13 inches of pizza which is not even a size large. When I called the store I was asked to take a picture of the box and the inside of the box and send it which I did, then the lamest excuse that I got was the pizza shrinks in the oven so that's why the pizza was small. Worst customer service I have eOrder a specialty artichoke fiesta pizza over the phone. Used the coupon that says LARGE SPECIALTY 17.99 has an offer code like any other coupon and had the girl on the phone arguing with me me that I couldn't use it because it was an online coupon only. On the coupon page that comes in the mail it shows coupons that are online only so if the one that I am using was online which it wasn't then I would have ordered online. Very good pizza! Their crust is perfect crunchy and crisp on the outside perfectly soft on the interior. Ingredients always taste fresh and prepared to order. 1. The employees were friendly. 2. The pizza was ready when they said it would be. 3. The toppings were fresh. For me, that qualifies for two stars. The pizza itself: First let me state that the quality and taste of any meal is completely subjective. With that having been said though, their pizza reminded me of what Domino's pizza was like back in the mid-to-late 70s and early 80s. It was like a piece of cardboard with low-quality cheese super glued to it, then fresh toppings placed on the cheese and heated under a heat lamp for an hour. The "taste" was okay, but the texture left a LOT to be desired. I might add that I ate 3 small pieces and my wife ate 1 small slice, and even with my cast-iron stomach, my wife and I spent quite a bit of time in the restroom afterwards. Would I go back and give it another try? NOI! Was it worth the $22 I paid for their medium size pizza? Not hardly! read more

I ordered a pizza at 4:45 PM it stated I would have my pizza within 45 to 55 minutes after two hours I tried to call the restaurant to no avail and finally wound up calling GrubHub at 7:02 to find out where my pizza was and had it canceled. 15 minutes later they delivered my pizza. they rang my doorbell dropped it on my porch. and by the time I got to the door they were driving away. They offered me $5 off of my next order. However, I will have to remind them the next time I called. The $5 won't automatically be deducted from my purchase. I asked to be refunded $5 today.
