ONE STAR, although they don't even deserve it! I went online to place an order for pick-up because my fiancé left his debit card at home in Modesto & he works in Patterson & he needed something to eat for lunch, so I placed an order using my card. After I had placed the order, it said it would take 35-45 mins for pick-up & his lunch was in 5-8 mins or so, so I tried to call the store to cancel it or change the order to a salad (since it shouldn't take that long to make a salad).. I got a busy signal after 2 or 3 tries & it went through. The man that answered asked me to hold so I said yes of course.. Not realizing I would be on hold for 20 minutes & the fucker picks up the phone (I could hear voices for a quick 2 secs & he hangs up! So I called back, the same guy answers & immediately places me on hold before I could even tell him I needed to cancel my order. So there I am, being placed on hold again. By now, my fiancé's lunch is almost over & he's waiting in the dining area behind a few people. I told him that if they weren't done with my order, to cancel it because he couldn't afford to return back to work late. I felt so bad for him because he was down to 7 minutes or so. He texts me while I'm still on hold for 6 minutes now & tells me the guy had my order ready, sitting there, even after he told them he was picking up my order. He had to attend to other people's requests even when my fiancé told him the name that was on the order & it was clearly already ready. My fiancé now has 2 minutes to eat and get back to the Kohl's warehouse. Thanks a lot!!!!!!! ..2 hours later after I had asked my fiancé how his lunch was, I find out they never gave him his complete order. I am SOO done with these fux! read more

You can't blame a business for having terrible employees but you can blame management.... Living in patterson, I hate that I prefer mountain mikes pizza because most not all, but most of its employees are rude and incompetent. Simple orders become complicated and delivered incomplete and or wrong. You are always placed on hold even when there is only one family of three dining inside. I have waited in line for 10 minutes with only one person ahead of me simply because the kid taking the order was too busy chatting it up with his friends. Not really impressed with this visit. Honestly wish I would have asked for a refund. Staff was cool however lettuce was wilted and when I asked for new lettuce a bucket of chilled wilted lettuce was provided. Ordered a mini for my child with thin crust and it came out pan. We had waited for a long time so we were not going to send it back. Our bigger pizza came and was very greasy and something just wasn't right. We couldn't quiet put our finger on it. The sauce seemed watered down as if they were running low and needed to maintain for a few more days. Lastly our child wanted parm cheese and three of the four we grabbed had mold. I've been waiting on my pizza for about an hour and forty minutes. I've tried calling to get an update on my order and I was on hold for 10 minutes w/o any updates on my order. It is Mountain Mike's Pizza like you can find at any other of the chain's locations. It is good. But for this particular location I am reviewing because they deliver, and almost nothing out here in Patterson delivers. The delivery is always on time and the drivers are pleasant. I love there pizza but they've gone downhill. Want only half of a pizza with certain toppings? You'll get but have to pay the full price. Want extra toppings? I have never actually stayed to eat here, but every time I go to pick up a pizza I have been met with good service. I had delivery once, which came in 45 minutes and the delivery girl was friendly. I love their pizza. It's all about their awesome pepperonis, which I can eat a hundred of in one sitting. Mountain Mike's has some of the best pizza that you can get from a chain. read more

Ordered one medium pizza and breadsticks for delivery came out to thirty dollars!!! Granted I got a half all meat and half combo but damm. The sauce was way too thick and the ingredients tasted as though they had been sitting out for a while or where really close to expiration. The breadsticks where good but the pizza was horrendous. Gave these guys a second shot and placed an order for delivery. They called me 10 minutes later saying that they could not deliver because "1) it was an hour before they close and 2) it was raining." I asked what time they close and come to find out it was still an hour and a half from closing - and I was standing outside and it was not raining. I told this to the person on the phone and was told that since it was still wet from rain from early in the day, that it was unsafe for their drivers to make deliveries. This place is ridiculous - I have never heard of a pizza place refusing to deliver because the road was wet from rain. The staff will make any excuse to not work. read more

When I arrived, I was met with the same CSP, who was even more sincere, happy and professional in person and made sure my pizza was just out of the oven, piping hot, beautiful and thanked me for my patronage. I have tried Mountain Mikes a few times and every time I go it seems like they are very busy. That could be both a good and a bad thing, implying that a lot of people like their pizza and also meaning that I am going to have to wait a long time. That being said, I absolutely love their pizza! I understand how it can be very busy on a Friday or Saturday night, but that can easily be fixed by scheduling more employees. The way I see it is, you either have a good food or you don't. I wouldn't trade in time for quality food. So all in all, I will keep going back. Excellent food, just a minor issue with their times that could easily be resolved. read more

This place is great! It's a little pricey at times but there's always a variety of coupons that I get from the mail or on their website. The customer service is good, ask for Phillip or Jose and they will take good care of you. The only thing I could think of that would make this place better is if they were more consistent with the times. Sometimes I get my pizza in 15-20 minutes, and other times I have to wait 40 mins for pickup. But then again I order on weekends and this place is always packed ! Best pizza around, every time I order from here I don't get disappointed. I order a medium pizza with extra mushrooms and olives and always comes out super hot and fresh. If you get the Buffalo wings, I recommend ordering them well done. Customer service is great. This place is good but the service is horrible the teenagers that work there are worthless I was put on hold for 12 minutes with not one apology and when I ordered my food the stupid teen boy with the fake diamond nose ring who talked so feminine with attitude was so rude and got my order wrong after even after he read it back to me and I was sitting in my car watching him as I was in the car cause I decided to drive there while I was on hold that's how long it took , so I seen all his dumb expressions and him chatting with friends . Love this place! I go often. In fact, I often drive all the way here from where I live in Newman because the local no-name pizza place we have in town pales in comparison. The pizza here is fantastic (it's Mountain Mike's after all), the staff is always pleasant, and the manager (a blonde lady whose name escapes me at the moment) is very friendly. The service is top-notch, there's always entertainment on the TV, and the place is kept clean and looking nice. The holiday decorations they put up each year, while nothing special, are still a nice addition nonetheless. Great place to eat. read more
