Back in January, I reached out to Ryan to set up a detailing package as a birthday gift for my dad, whose 2010 Ford Escape was honestly pretty rough. Ryan was incredibly helpful on the phone and made the whole process easy so all my dad had to do was schedule when he was ready and all at a great price! True to Truckee life, my dad waited until April after the snow season, and when the time came, Ryan showed up fully prepared and absolutely delivered. The transformation was unreal, my dad's car looks brand new. Old stains in the seats are completely gone, and everything feels fresh again. What really stood out to me was the extra care Ryan took. I first contacted him in January to arrange this as a birthday gift for my dad, and when the service happened in April, he remembered that and followed up with me directly. He even sent a video of the final results and made sure I was happy as the gift giver. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. We got back from spending a month in the desert at burning man with our RVs. The dust storms were especially bad this year, and our RVs were a total disaster. Dust in every crevice. These guys were truly amazing. They came over to our house at 7 AM, and by 5 PM both our RVs, 19 feet and 24 feet, were absolutely sparkling. Not a speck of dust to be found. The interior of my van hadn't been cleaned in 13 years, and the exterior hadn't been washed in a year. Needless to say, my van was a filthy. I messaged Ryan in the Yelp app and he replied within minutes. I was shocked! The communication was excellent throughout and him and his assistant made my van look like new again in just over 4 hours. They did the detail on Memorial Day as well which blew my mind. Wow! Ryan completely surpassed my expectations and made my 4Runner look brand new! I requested the VIP package and told him there was additional dog hair. He detailed ever nook and cranny! A mouse got into our car and made a huge mess. I didn't even know the extent of the mouse damage, but Ryan's clearly dealt with this before; he knew exactly where to look for additional damage, and cleaned up not only the mouse mess I knew about, but the bigger mouse nest for the original estimate. I bought my Lexus new in 2017. Today it looks better than it did the day I bought it. Ryan was meticulous. I didn't watch him do the car, but it wouldn't surprise me to know that he was using toothpicks to get grime out of the smaller areas. He showed up when he said he would, and when I discovered my other car had a dead battery, he even used jumper cables to start other car for me. I liked what he did so much, that I immediately scheduled my other car for a detail. He goes above and beyond and you will never get better service elsewhere. I highly recommend. read more
