I was informed they have experience serving several Sprinter vans. Upon arrival it's small shop that besides servicing windshields they also work on motorcycles. The employees were professional and helpful. They inspected the windshield and gave me a reasonable quote. I decided to file a claim with my insurance company. AutoGlass gives you an option of an OEM windshield or an after market windshield but with an insurance claim the OEM must be approved by the insurance company. I was fortunate that the OEM windshield was approved. They installed the windshield in a reasonable time and calibrated it too. My van was right at the height of their garage door but they made the extra effort to deflate the tires and get it inside their garage bay to calibrate the windshield. I know this was an insurance claim but if I had to come back their pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend AutoGlass Express.

Anyone who has experienced that knows that the car cannot wait to be cleaned inside and out, but finding someone at 7pm is the tricky part. I made a couple of phones calls and sent requests to several businesses here on Yelp, and Michael came back with the best rate at the earliest time. He was very thorough with the cleaning and took his time which I really appreciated because he charged me me a flat rate instead of by the hour. The car was sparkly clean, and quoting his words, "The only thing that will be old about the car is the mileage!"

The drive-through car wash didn't get all the snowy dirt off part of the side of my car, even…read morethough I paid for the "ultimate" highest tier wash, but following with a quick scrub from the shampoo brush in the self-service bay got the rest of the dirt off. Who knows if you're actually getting what you paid for, since the indicators (that are supposed to light up and tell you the level that you're getting) don't light up, and no indicators come on telling you when each of the specific steps are taking place? Was the underside actually cleaned? I don't know, since I can't see under there. Were all those high-tech coatings actually applied? How would I know? I'm glad that employees Mark and Dan were there when I was, because they were able to give me the lowdown on the benefits of all the elements that are put on your car with the higher priced tier... They gave me good assurance that you are actually getting more protection to your car once it's cleaned, if you do that higher tier... But I wish it was spelled out more there in advance in the signage, before making the purchase. Yeah, Those 2 guys were super helpful, so I'm glad they were there... I just wish the signage was better and that the wash level indicator lights were working.
