A mystery. Apologies? Not a single one. After multiple visits and contradictory explanations, I finally had to involve the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) just to get any movement. I was informed they have experience serving several Sprinter vans. Upon arrival it's small shop that besides servicing windshields they also work on motorcycles. The employees were professional and helpful. They inspected the windshield and gave me a reasonable quote. I decided to file a claim with my insurance company. AutoGlass gives you an option of an OEM windshield or an after market windshield but with an insurance claim the OEM must be approved by the insurance company. I was fortunate that the OEM windshield was approved. They installed the windshield in a reasonable time and calibrated it too. My van was right at the height of their garage door but they made the extra effort to deflate the tires and get it inside their garage bay to calibrate the windshield. I know this was an insurance claim but if I had to come back their pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend AutoGlass Express.
