It also took way longer than originally agreed after deposit was paid 7 weeks and then we got charged nearly double the estimated time--which threw off our schedule and forced me to spend even more to have the job redone correctly. I bought weather tech mats, I would know if my mats were missing! The owner came to speak with me who swore he watched the cameras and nothing was removed. I asked to see the video and WHAT DO YOU KNOW my mats were taken out and not placed back. It was an honest mistake by a young kid, I know things happen but the accountability of the owner was NONE. Did NOTHING to make it right or keep my business. Now I see why the quality of the service is lacking. Look at the wheels right after a "wash". Gio came out to our house and spent a tremendous amount of time and effort to get those scratches out... he washed and waxed my van, and I couldn't believe how amazing it looked! but apparently he saw some buffing marks afterwards that he didnt like... so he came back and used a ceramic coating wax instead and my van has never been more shiny!!
