Unfortunately I did not receive any services from this establishment. I had scheduled a 90 minute deep tissue massage which they quoted me at $199. On the day of the appointment I received a call that the therapist would be 15 minutes late and there would be an additional $25 charge for deep tissue as that is different from firm pressure. I booked a couples massage for my husband and I as part of our 7 year anniversary (a few weeks ago). Daniel worked on my husband's back/ and right shoulder which had been bothering him for a while. Daniel really worked on it with all his effort and my husband said it was the best massage he's ever had. Bridget, my masseuse, was able to get all the knots on my right shoulder and possibly put my shoulder and my right hip back in place. It was such a huge relief! I even asked her if she did chiropractic, coz she seemed to be doing somewhat similar techniques. She said "No, but if it my massage gives you that kind of relief, that's great!" Sure enough, she was able to push, pull, my knots out so gracefully! Nothing hurt at all! It was pure relief. I loved that she gave me pointers on what kind of exercises I should do, as she mentioned the use of IT band to add into my mobility exercises, which I have been planning to do. She and Daniel have great intuition, which I think is very important to have. Anyway, my husband and I would definitely come back to Big Bear just for them! Wish I found out about them sooner. The price, I think is worth it. My husband and I get a couples massage at least 2x/month (where we live) and nothing, without any exaggeration, NOTHING compares to the professionalism of Daniel and Bridget.
