As we booked the couples massage, it included champagne and your choice of sweets. In our case we chose the chocolate covered strawberries. The flower was a complete surprise and my wife loved it. They allowed us to enjoy our drink prior to our massage with no rush. The masseuses were excellent, especially with my wife who had never experienced a massage before. I on the other hand explained what I needed worked on and they did not hesitate in accommodating my request. Pricing wasn't too expensive and a great experience all around. Would absolutely return again.

A property at this level should have a clear, documented lost-and-found process with accountability, rather than relying on informal follow-up. We paid over $600 for a one-night stay. The level of urgency and communication so far does not reflect the seriousness of the situation. I am requesting that management conduct a formal review, including verification with housekeeping, review of lost-and-found records, and any applicable security procedures, and provide a direct, documented follow-up.

We scheduled here last minute after our other massage appointment fell through at another place. Carol (the owner) was SUPER accommodating, and got us in for a couples massage as quickly as she could. She super communicative, and totally on top of it We had Chelsea and Kerri as our massage therapists and there's sincerely not one bad thing I can say for the whole experience. Not only was the location pristine and wildly cute, but our massage therapists were the best we have both ever experienced. Chelsea is amazing at giving super firm massages (per request) and identified old injuries as she was working. Kerri went light for me but added just enough pressure that I know things were being worked out effectively. They are both gems of human beings. We were exceedingly comfortable before, during, and after our massages. I literally want to move to Big Bear just to keep getting massages from these two. I just had the most amazing massage by Gabe, it was truly groundbreaking. I'm a LMT myself as well as push hard in the gym 6x a week. My body was wrecked. I asked to spend the entirety of our time on my upper half. This man's knowledge of the body and its systems will blow you away. His technique was Fascial release & Energy work! I've never experienced a therapist more in tune. I walked out of there feeling more fluid and mobile than I have in months. Thank you thank you Gabe! This was by far one of the best massages I have gotten with a combination of deep tissue, hot stones, stretching, and even working on different pressure points for ultimate relaxation. I had no choice since I was not able to go down the hill to my regular "go to" salon. My experience has taught me that you have to plan ahead and make an appointment at least 2-3 days ahead of when you want to go. Although I was a bit hesitant to go to a new salon in a different area, I was pleasantly surprised at the skill level of nail services and the quality of customer service provided by Helen and Kevin. I was looking for a place to do a dip powder fill but they did not do dip powder. I requested for a polish change on my toes and for my hands, an acrylic fill / new set if they had time. They worked together as a team; Kevin removed my old set and suggested a new set since my nails were starting to lift (I was aware but didn't know if they had time to do a new set). Kevin did the gel polish change on my toes while Helen worked on mg hands. Helen was able to accommodate the new set and did a great job with listening to what I wanted [sharp, pointed almond shape and natural looking (thin layer of acrylic)] and she was patient with my selecting of gel color (the selection of colors was limited compared to what I'm used to down the hill) but I was able to find colors for my hands and toes. While they worked on my hands and toes, customers came in requesting services but there were no appointments available for the rest of the day but the customers were understanding and made appointment for the next day. Also, while I was waiting for Helen to finish my new set, I overheard Kevin speaking with the next customer and explaining the difference between regular polish and gel polish for pedicures. I appreciated hearing him explain that gel polish is more and lasts longer while regular polish is less expensive and that the choice is up to get customer. Long story short, this salon is a small family-owned place; Helen and Kevin work hard to accommodate customers' requests. Thank you, Helen and Kevin, I really like the way my new set came out and the gel polish change made my toes look so much better. I would return based on this visit. Five stars for customer service and quality of service provided.

I got the ULTRA LUXURY PEDICURE for $150 and an add on feature for an extra $35 for the gel removal/application. Unfortunately, after $185 before tips, my feet do not feel smooth after I got it done.
