    Bolt and clutch area

Bought a brand new razor found a bolt in my clutch that did not belong. Brought it up there just to find out that my rubber belt went through my metal primary clutch burned my belt up tried to get it fixed under warranty. They said it was my problem now Horrible attitude in the service department and then regardless of them not telling you they're going to charge you you will get charged something

Bought a 2017 Victory from Mountain Motor Sports in March of 2017. The check engine light came on 6 times since then, went to the dealership seven times. The service/parts department always seems to be polite and courteous the sales management team however not so much. After months of frustration I took the vehicle to a dealership not associated with Mountain Motorsports to have the issue resolved. I feel like I should tell others that Mountain Motorsports does not stand behind the vehicle it sold to me. I don't see how anyone is supposed to have any confidence in a vehicle if it has this many problems in just a few months. The satisfaction of owning a new vehicle was robbed from me, along with money time/resources and piece of mind. A woman named Linda called me a week ago (2017) to ask me how my experience has been there, I told her my story, she apologized and said she would get right back to me the next day or one of the owners would....here we are eight days later no phone call. If you are about to spend your hard earned money, I strongly suggest you shop somewhere outside of the Mountain Motorsports organization. Once you sign the contract and your money is gone so are the smiles and handshakes.

A quality, family owned power-sports company. The best service experience I've ever had. They have a huge selection of motorcycles and ATVs, tons of gear to choose from, and all at as decent prices as I've seen anywhere else. The staff is very polite and helpful. they actually know about and use the things they sell. The service department was a dream. I called first thing Saturday morning and explained how my lights have been malfunctioning lately, that my last headlight had blown, and that my bike was my only ride. Toney welcomed me to come in ASAP and made sure my bike was looked at immediately. One headlight had blown, the opposite light's fuse had blown, and my speedometer light bulb had blown(all over the course of a few months). Corey, who was working on my bike, volunteered his own spare headlight bulb since the shop didn't have that bulb in stock. After an hour of service, I had a new headlight bulb, speedometer bulb, headlight fuse, air in my tires, and a recommendation to get my chain and sprockets replaced as soon as I could(which I knew). Toney only charged me for the headlight bulb at a discounted price and the labor. I was out of there in less than two hours.

Most dealerships won't work on motorcycles over ten years old so that leaves independent shops. A friend recommended Rockdale Cycles when I asked him where he brought his similar vintage Kawasaki. I brought both my bike and my wife's, an early 90's Suzuki, there recently for general services (valve adjustments, carbs synch, coolant flush and the like) and I was very happy with their work. This is a shop, not a showroom. They do have a handful of bikes for sale as well as various parts and accessories but it's clear that their focus is service and repairs. Turnaround time can be a few weeks depending on what needs to be done, their backlog of customers' bikes and parts availability.

This place is horrible…read more I'm beginning to question my purchase from this dealer. And getting a little pissed about this whole buying process with FFHD. I was in the market for an ADV bike and visited Falcons Fury on March 1, to check out a 2022 Pan America they had in stock. Upon arrival, the bike wouldn't start, and I was told the issue was just a dead battery or a fuse. In hindsight, that should have been a red flag, and I probably should have walked away and proceeded with my scheduled test ride of a BMW 1250 GSA later that day. Always trust your first instinct. After they got the bike started and assured me it was only a battery issue(They replaced the battery)--which turned out to be not true--I decided to move forward with the purchase. The bike looks and sounds great and rides fantastic. However, just 18 days later, it was already back at the dealer for a major repair--the stator has failed. The bike stopped charging on Sunday evening, March 16, exactly two weeks after purchase. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to bring it in to FFHD until March 19, since the dealership is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. This was clearly the underlying issue on the day I bought it. Thankfully, I purchased an ESP on this "Certified" Pre-Owned motorcycle. What exactly is Certified supposed to mean? This machine doesn't seem very "certified". While this should be fully covered under the Extended Service Plan, I'm already regretting not going with the GSA & a different dealer instead. It's been over two weeks since I brought the bike back to them and the repair still hasn't been approved by the "Warranty Company ". Given the circumstances, I can't help but feel that sales may have known there was an issue with this bike, and I feel somewhat misled by statements made on 3/1. That being said, everyone at the dealership has been pretty friendly, which is at least one positive takeaway from this Harley Davidson buying experience. However, I would not buy from this dealer again. Update! 4/9/25 Contacted the ESP provider this morning. NO Claim has been submitted! It's been 21 days. Being told by the warranty provider that my policy is still in underwriting. How is that? I'm Done. Im contacting an attorney today. At the point now that I just want Falcons Fury to just buy the bike back. I'll take the loss. Simply put. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

If you buy your Harley from us, we will buy back at any time so they lied to us about that and they lied to us about the repair what they said they went thoroughly over it at no time they thoroughly go over it. They lied to the customer and I have pictures. and they should not take her damn long and letting people know what's going on what needs to be done they need to make sure to tell the customer the truth at all times and they didn't. They took our sweet time but there's no what the problem was. It should not take over two hours to get something work out. OK we were supposed to come down there to sell my bike which we bought from them and they said oh they're closed now it took two hours to tell us at no time when we told that yes I went for a test ride waiting for them to tell us what's going on, but they could not confirm anything. I am dissatisfied with what they had done and Harley needs to do something to them about lying to the customers because it makes Harley Davison look bad it was not them. It was the dealership that did it
