    Driver seat leather

    Staff was nice and communicated well. We waited several days before writing this review to ensure all mechanical operated fine as much work was done (brakes pads replaced, oil change, radiator flush, transmission service, engine tune up) and all Mechanical seems to be fine. However, leather seat & console damaged and GPS power cable & iPhone power cable cut. We showed The service rep this and they explained that a rodent must have damaged leather (but happened at this shop sometime during the vehicles 4 day stay, so beware). Cables Being cut was explained as the car having a poor design where cables can be cut when closing center console. But know that I had no problems for 9+ years, so figure service carelessness. Husband personally repaired/spliced cables, but leather is damaged.

    DO NOT GO HERE! We used to go to this business when it was…read moreowned by Vo. It is not the same at all. The average star level would be a 1 or 2 if you removed all of Vo's scores. I took my daughter's car here for an electrical issue at 8am on a Tuesday. We didn't hear from them till we called at 2pm to see if there was an update. They said there were no issues with the car and we could come pick it up. We said we wanted to leave it there overnight to make sure the issue didn't resurface, as my daughter needs the car to drive to work and I we don't want her to get stranded. No call the next morning. We called at 11am to see if it was still fine. They hadn't looked at it yet and said they would look at it now. No return call again. We called at 1pm and they said we needed an NEW ENGINE! No, not engine but a new "motor". We asked for an explanation. These are the reasons they provided. 1. They said we had no oil in the car. - My husband has been changing the oil in the car for the last 6 years. My daughter checked the oil last week. There was oil in the car. The car has NEVER not had oil. 2. There was a valve cover leak. - News to us. This was not an issue before we came here. We have never had visible oil around the oil cover. 3. A cylinder is misfiring. - This is a sign that a spark plug or the coil needs to be replaced. I don't know if they thought we didn't know anything about cars because we are women but they are definitely wrong. We immediately went up there to pick up the car. The car was still in the garage with the hood up. There was a large blue oil drain in front of our car that was supposed to bone dry. We drove away and there was a cloud of white smoke. What the heck! We came there was an electrical issue. The car has NEVER had this issue. We pulled over and drove in my car to the auto part store to pick up a quart of oil. No issues after to put oil in the car. I ran a diagnostic on the car because we have a micro mechanic diagnostic reader. NOW the car reads that there cylinder 1 is misfiring. Luckily we know how to change spark plugs and coils. After we fix the damage they did to the car, we're taking it to Hyundai to finally get the electrical looked at. A wait of money and two days of time. We are out $80 for their mandatory diagnostic fee, Vo didn't have this, the price of an emergency quart of oil and the spark plug or oil after we perform the test to see which one is having the issue. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! DO NOT GO HERE!

    5 stars to Mr Vo, 2 stars to the new owners, I haven't had the new guys do anything major except…read morefor a simple oil change here and there but we were loyal patrons when Mr Vo owned it and ran things. He never fixed what was not necessary to fix at the time and would give us a priority list with low pricing that was always honored, of what we needed to pay attention to and when we needed to bring it in for that service. He never took advantage and would even let us get our own parts without the markup and install them for labor only. He was a very fair man and will liked. I miss him greatly. I give Mr Vo 5 stars. The new guys, maybe 2 stars. I believe they have much to learn about customer service. They just don't have the passion for it that he had.
