This place is horrible. I'm beginning to question my purchase from this dealer. And getting a little pissed about this whole buying process with FFHD. I was in the market for an ADV bike and visited Falcons Fury on March 1, to check out a 2022 Pan America they had in stock. Upon arrival, the bike wouldn't start, and I was told the issue was just a dead battery or a fuse. In hindsight, that should have been a red flag, and I probably should have walked away and proceeded with my scheduled test ride of a BMW 1250 GSA later that day. Always trust your first instinct. After they got the bike started and assured me it was only a battery issue(They replaced the battery)--which turned out to be not true--I decided to move forward with the purchase. The bike looks and sounds great and rides fantastic. However, just 18 days later, it was already back at the dealer for a major repair--the stator has failed. The bike stopped charging on Sunday evening, March 16, exactly two weeks after purchase. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to bring it in to FFHD until March 19, since the dealership is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. This was clearly the underlying issue on the day I bought it. Thankfully, I purchased an ESP on this "Certified" Pre-Owned motorcycle. What exactly is Certified supposed to mean? This machine doesn't seem very "certified". While this should be fully covered under the Extended Service Plan, I'm already regretting not going with the GSA & a different dealer instead. It's been over two weeks since I brought the bike back to them and the repair still hasn't been approved by the "Warranty Company ". Given the circumstances, I can't help but feel that sales may have known there was an issue with this bike, and I feel somewhat misled by statements made on 3/1. That being said, everyone at the dealership has been pretty friendly, which is at least one positive takeaway from this Harley Davidson buying experience. However, I would not buy from this dealer again. Update! 4/9/25 Contacted the ESP provider this morning. NO Claim has been submitted! It's been 21 days. Being told by the warranty provider that my policy is still in underwriting. How is that? I'm Done. Im contacting an attorney today. They had my bike for over a month month and just saying what is wrong with it but before that it was in the shop two different times and the time they had to come to my house to pick it up because it wasn't running out and me and my wife to shop on 8/10/2025 at 10:30am to meet with Chris to see what they could do for us and they didn't do anything took them almost 2 hours to tell us that they cannot work with us and we just wanted to sell back to them and they have a big sign in their building. If you buy your Harley from us, we will buy back at any time so they lied to us about that and they lied to us about the repair what they said they went thoroughly over it at no time they thoroughly go over it. They lied to the customer and I have pictures. and they should not take her damn long and letting people know what's going on what needs to be done they need to make sure to tell the customer the truth at all times and they didn't. They took our sweet time but there's no what the problem was. It should not take over two hours to get something work out. OK we were supposed to come down there to sell my bike which we bought from them and they said oh they're closed now it took two hours to tell us at no time when we told that yes I went for a test ride waiting for them to tell us what's going on, but they could not confirm anything. Don't buy a motorcycle from these guys, they won't tell you the price over the phone, then they all stand at the sales tower, then call you over; just to bend you over. Do your research, do not buy a Harley for more than MSRP and if FF tells you other dealers are wrong, just laugh at them, too their face. They will lie to you, even people you know will lie, it's all about selling a bike for "Market Value", meaning, if they can get 10k more out of you, they will. I've had the sale guy tell me to my face "i would get fired if I sold that bike for MSPR. Did you know, there is a lot of markup already in the bike. Visit the small dealers, if they don't have the bike, they can order it, at MSRP. Don't fall for the BS of the big dealer groups, they don't care about you, just look around at all the overhead. Bought my 2020 Sport Glide here and the experience was excellent. The sales guy let me test ride any bike and explained the differences between the various platforms. After I bought my bike they introduced me to literally every single department (e.g., accessories, parts and service). They transported (covered trailer) my bike the same evening that I bought it off the showroom floor. My house is an hour away. This guy named Bill (?) highlighted my owners manual and put color coded tabs in the important sections (seriously I am not kidding). Showed how everything works and the cool features. They have this awesome YouTube channel with this British guy and James (?) that review and compare various HD bikes. They sell a ton if bikes and might be the highest volume dealer in Georgia. read more

The lack of communication between the sales and finance department caused me to waste a day driving to their dealership to find out I could not pick up the bike after being told by the salesperson the bike is ready for pick up. On top of that their lack of communication ruined the surprise of a lifetime for my dad, we requested ZERO correspondence to our home and guess what?! Great dealership. Huge inventory of both new and used bikes. The staff are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. We went for one of their events had a blast. Stopped for lunch on the way home and the battery on my Harley died (it was 5 yrs old) phoned Falcon Fury. They sent an enclosed trailer straight out. Took us to the dealership and charged us nothing for the ride. I bought a new battery and fitted myself in the parking lot. No hassles at all. Will definitely be back to see them again. read more

I'm having the absolute worst experience with these guys in service what ripoff. I originally told them I believe I had short in the rear wheel harness because the radio would go out when you ride a d the rear light. So from the bike sitting I guess the battery went bad. So they pick up the bike and replace the battery for $174 and $83 to install ridiculous, my battery for my bmw cost $228 and 8x the size, anyway I digress the signal stayed on even when the bike is off was another issue. They get the bike and charge $228 for diagnosing the bike needed a signal turn module. O a month and a half later the module comes in the total was $827. Get the bike home and the radio doesn't work. So I call service and I get a song and dance about how that wasn't on the order, I told him that was the main reason. I could've brought a battery for far less anywhere and order a module on eBay or Amazon. So I'm in this heated argument with the service manager who wants me to bring it back in for an additional charge to find the radio problem. Unbelievable Also the said they would clean up the wiring in the fairing of course not done. Service department sucks. So I paid $827 for a turn module and a battery basically. I wouldn't buy or service my bike there ever again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice , shame on me. A month and a half part turnaround time ridiculous. read more

1. I see everyone else writing reviews on how horrible and over priced the service department is. I have not had my Bike serviced there but needed to go in to get a clutch adjusted on a bike that i had bought only 3 days ealier. JB had me pull arund to the service department and as soon as i got near the doors some guy that i assumed to be the service manager attempted to bark down my throat over where the bike was positioned near the service bay door. (mind you there were about 15 other bikes in this same space and mine was behind them). 2. So the day i bought my bike they had me in the dealership until 10pm. We negotiated about 500 bucks off of a used bike. And paperwork was drawn. I signed the paperwork and was told that they wanted me to come back the next day to pick up the bike because they wanted to get it cleaned up for me and the lady that would nbe able to "custom fit" a helmet for me was gone for the night. Because it was late i agreed to come back the next day. When i showed up my bike was parked outside in the sun with a tag one it. Dirty as hell might i add. So i addressed how dirty it was. JW supposedly had someone take it to the back to clean it off. While they were cleaning I went to get my helmet "fitted". in fotting the helmet she put the one on display on my head and it fit so she got me an extra large. Im not sure what the motive was but I got on the bike and left. A few days later after further reading the paperwork I relaized that i paid sticker price rather than the negotiated price. I called JW back to speak with him about it and he all but told me to kiss his ass. I attempted to call the Store manager for 3 days. he wouldnt even return a call.. and to top it all offf they were all pushing thei service package and a 2500 mile servicing that they said that i needed. This place is all about getting your money and once they have it they are all pretty much like "f^*k you" they will never see a dime of my money again. Planned to do a 35K service on my bike (I do this every 5K), and I only use HD parts. So I have my Saturday planned and I was going to get Some 20-50W Amsoil, new derby cover gasket, SE plugs, new O-rings all around and an oil filter. Soon as I walk to the service counter and ask for the filter I'm told "we're all out of filters". The other parts clerk says we'll have them in a few days, and I ask how in the heck do you run out of filters. The first guy I spoke to shrugs his shoulders while the second guys smarts off and says he has a can of black spray paint I can use. I told him "now your just trying to insult me. he then realized how much he sounded like a smart ass not to mention that I probably gave him a - I'm freak'n pissed a look of death". he then started to back peddle on his comment, but it was too late. In addition to the filter there were other Items I needed, but I'll be damned if I'll buy anything from you now, or in the future. The sad fact is that this wasn't the first time. The last time I changed my oil the same thing happened. That time I went to Horizons Motor sports, Great people at Horizons by the way, and bought a $20 K&N filter. Well, as good as Horizons is I just don't need a $20 dollar filter. I guess the moral of the story is this: Whether you go in to have your Bike serviced by HD, or if you plan on doing it yourself. In the end you're going to waste a whole day doing so. Especially if you need a oil filter from Falcon Fury Harley Davidson. Prior to posting this I just called FFHD to see if maybe they were holding on to filters for service. I asked if I could get a service today. Considering it's now 2:15 PM I though I would be turned down. I was told if I got there by 4 PM I'd be good to go. I then asked if they had the black filters and the nice girl on the other side said "actually we're out of the black filters until our truck arrives on Monday". I wonder if any blacked out bikes had chrome filters installed today, who knows, if so maybe they were spray painted. And to those of you who trivialize this concern, I would suspect you have never seen what a chrome filter looks like on a blacked out bike. read more

I actually went to this dealership at the caution of a friend for a 2020 Road Glide Special. The sales staff was nice and very informative, but the Finance Manager/Sales Manager was extremely cocky and off-putting with his attitude. He spent more time discrediting another Harley dealership instead of attempting to earn my business. He was more concerned with getting me to understand riding a Harley makes you a part of a big community that some only dream of rather than discussing dollars and cents - the motivating factor that makes consumers sit down at the table to strike a deal. Being in business myself and concentrating on customer service, Falcon Fury is perpetuating an opinion that they aren't willing to strike deals with a certain culture (may or may not be true, but perception is reality), and as a result myself and two of my friends went further south to purchase our motorcycles at a deal. read more

CAUTION before doing business with this dealership. From the management down to the salesmen. I received horrible customer service after I purchased a 2017 Lemon off their showroom floor. They are in the business of moving bikes...not taking care of loyal customers. Check your paperwork twice before purchasing. They will use underhanded tactics to make you think that you are getting the deal of your dreams. During my purchasing process: I noticed that the deduction that they were supposedly giving me was just relocated to a different portion of the agreement. I should have walked out of the door then. I was told that I could add the exhaust that I wanted (which was EPA compliant) without affecting my warranty. After the Purchase: When the time came for me to order the exhaust that I wanted I was told that it would void the factory warranty. I was pretty much forced to buy a Harley-Davidson exhaust that I didn't want (now, it seems to be ok to add EPA Compliant exhaust). The bike has been down in the shop with two motor rebuilds, failed stator, 3-4 check engine lights. And they don't feel like that sold me a lemon. All of this less than a year of owning the bike. My husband and I took the motorcycle safety course here with Sandy and Edwin. I would recommend this class for both the motorcycle riders with no experience (myself) and for the riders that have some experience( my husband). We both learned so much in the class. Sandy and Edwin were both very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and were willing to help with anything we personally had problems with. All the other staff there were friendly also from Donna in the clothing section to Wayne in sales. Highly recommended! We now feel much safer and more comfortable riding a motorcycle. read more

More So we go in today at Falcons Fury HD in Conyers GA (8/4/2016) to get the front tire repaired due to nail that is covered under warranty. We arrived at 12:45pm thinking it would only take at max an hour maybe an hour and half but noooooo it took them (service department) from 12:45 to 3:32 to change a tire then when it was pulled out of the shop and we do the normal walk around check we get on it to head home and the front end was making a loud noise so we (still not left the parking lot) take it right back to the shop doors to let them know the new problem (besides the one that it took so long to change a tire) well they take it back only to find out that the brakes were not put back right or adjusted to the new tire. Now mind you we told them at 12:45 when we got there that our children would be getting home at 2:30 (as stated above we didnt think it would take that long as the receptionist didnt either as she said and I quote "we will have you right back" ) well as i said we didnt get out of the dealership service shop till 3:32 and they didnt have a loner or anything to where i could get home in time for my children getting home from school. Needless to say yes my husband was thinking about trading his bike for a newer one and yes i was on board until this happened. Because this goes to show if anything goes wrong it will not be fixed in a timely manner. read more

I made an appointment, and expected to get the bait and switch, what I got was a brand new '15 Road Glide Special, treated great by all the staff, and a fair price on my trade-in. I spent $199.00 for the class because it was one of the least expensive classes online. However, you'd better know something about riding a motorcycle before taking this course with them. 1) There are too many other students on the riding course with you for them to provide adequate training instructions in an individualized way; there were 12 in my class. I fell and neither of the two instructors saw what happened and therefore could not provide any feed back. 2) They move entirely too fast from one exercise to another without allowing for comfort and confidence to develop. 3) No real interest in whether you are understanding the exercises or not, they quickly read the instructions from a booklet in a monotone voice and expect you to understand. They provide one demonstration. Keep in mind when you are apprehensive you are going to require a more direct and personal approach. I'm going to give private lessons a try. A friend of mine had a good experience with the former Internet Sales Manager ("ISM") so, while driving back to NC from Atlanta, I decided to stop by. First, I called and spoke with the J.W., the ISM, and told him what I wanted to pay for a '15 Slim. J.W. told me he could sell me a new '16 for the same price. I was amazed!!!!! (Later I did some research and learned that Harley dropped their MSRPs in '16.) When I arrived, the sales desks/cubes were at the entrance and NO ONE greeted me. I found J.W. who paired me with a sales guy who gave me the final number which was about $2500 higher (mainly because the dealer fees were so damn high). The number I gave J.W. over the phone was my OTD, but we weren't very clear with each other (he thought it was just the price of the bike). We tried to negotiate, but it didn't work out. I asked the salesman about used '15s and he told me they didn't have any. After I went back to J.W., he showed me two used '15s in the parking lot! By this time, J.W., who was initially super friendly, appeared to be frustrated because I wasn't jumping at any of his offers. J.W. handed me over to some other guy (manager, owner, who knows) who was also initially friendly. Once I tried to counter, he too seemed to be disinterested in negotiating. Also, J.W. was just done with me most likely thinking I wasn't serious about purchasing. I bought a brand new '16 the next day at a NC dealership that beat Falcons' OTD and that was kind to me the ENTIRE time! Bottom line: Falcons will lure you in with good prices, but then knock you over the head with $1500+ in fees that are lower and sometimes negotiable at other dealerships. If you're in the Atlanta area, go to Killer Creek and see Melissa and you'll have a much better experience! If you're ever in NC, go see Dan at Cox's in Asheboro, NC. Worst service department ever. Took my bike there to get the lights looked at as well as my clutch, which had some play in it for some reason. They fix the lights and do a great job on that and the tech tells me I need a new perch to fix the clutch. Tell them ok, and they order the part and tell me they will call me when it comes in. A month goes by, no call or anything. Another few weeks and I get a call saying I owe them $70 for a perch I never picked up. Annoyed, I tell them I was never called about the part and wanted it to still get my clutch fixed. They say ok, bring it in and they will install it and finish the repair. Bring the bike in again, wait around for over 2 hours. Bike is brought out and I'm charged for a perch and a foot peg. Say what the hell, I didn't ask for a foot peg. Get it worked out and they reverse the charge (foot peg was also never even replaced, but whatever). Go to get on the bike and leave, notice the clutch still has the same amount of play in it, new perch fixed NOTHING. Ask the tech that was helping me what's going on and some other technician walks over and starts yelling at me saying it's my fault for having custom parts on my bike. Never saw this new technician in my life, he didn't help me at all through the whole process and is now berating me in the lobby area saying I should have done my research before I had the repair done. First off, I brought my bike to them because I default to what they say, I'm no mechanic. Second of all, they didn't even fix anything. So, not even taking into account the terrible customer service and experience I demanded my money back. I get explained that they have a no refund policy and then I blow my lid. I demand a manager, a refund, and that they take their parts off my bike and put back on my "custom" ones (which another harley dealer installed and are authorized roland sands harley parts anyway). I would NEVER come back here and would NEVER recommend anyone coming here for parts or otherwise. Bunch of inexperienced hot heads. read more

However they fo mention all over the work order multiple Club MC. Stickers on bike. Besides last time I rode you had to do more than 4 miles to get wound up in 6th.. Shame on you guys. He immediately assumed our income level based on age and spoke down to us in a very pompous, short, and condescending manner.
