The original service call was expensive at $279, but they did tell me this in advance and they did come very quickly. So I think that is the trade-off here is that they are definitely not the cheapest but they do come fast as their name implies. Unfortunately, it took a total of three trips to fix this issue with the refrigerator. And with some delays in scheduling and schedule changes, but those were minor. And all I had to pay in addition to the original service charge was for the parts so that was fair. All in all ads say this place is OK expensive but worth it if you need a really fast repair but that assumed it's diagnosed and repaired the first time After they saw this review, I received multiple phone calls and text messages which you can say is trying to rectify the issue But there's nothing to rectify. I was in quite a bind with another washing machine repair company that stopped responding to me after I paid for parts in advance. The repair was critical as I am leaving on a trip in two days. After I spoke with Rapid Fix, the original company called me back and committed to arriving within a hour to complete the repair. Since I already paid for the parts, I opted to use the original company but Rapid Fix went over and beyond for me. They called me twice with alternate solutions and checked their stock room to ensure that they had the part that the prior technician flagged as needed to avoid having to order the part (assuming that was the original diagnosis was accurate) which would have likely arrived after I left for my trip. While it didnt work out to hire them this time, I was very impressed with their customer service support and will definetely be using them in the future. The Technican did an excellent job with replacing the shock absorbers on our Samsung washer. We had the wrong parts but he had the right one with him and was able to fix it and saved us a lot of time and money. Faheem arrived within the given time window, was polite and respectful, and very knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and finished the job thoroughly. He communicated what he was doing and why, which was helpful. The job is done and we're very pleased with the work. We discovered our fridge wasn't working late on a Friday night. The first three places we called went to voicemail, but Rapid Fix took our call and scheduled a technician to come by Saturday morning. Abdul was phenomenal, courteous and honest. He quickly diagnosed the issue (a broken compressor) and gave us an estimate to replace it, but in the same breath told us that it probably wasn't worth it to fix on a 20-yeat-old fridge and recommended that we get a new fridge instead. (He also advised that Rapid Fix could pick up, deliver, and install a new fridge and remove the old one, so we wouldn't necessarily need to do the delivery / install through Home Depot or wherever we end up buying from.) Rapid Fix responded immediately to an urgent need we had on our washing machine. While they were at our home, they replaced a part on our dryer and also was able to fix a sensor issue on our Bosch dishwasher.
