It wasn't a big deal as the adjusted time worked better for me. When I picked it up he told me there was rust that had to be sanded off under the Windshield where I couldnt see. It is very possible, as my car has a steel unibody and was 18 years old at the time. He didn't show me any pictures but said it would be another $75. I'm so disappointed and surprised at the lack of consideration to hold up your entire day waiting for someone just to have no show and no communication. A family member had a great experience before and I was hoping a large company like this would be worth the extra, but instead we are a week behind on vetting our car sold. He came to do the work at our home and was on time, very professional and extremely meticulous, including the road test for the required calibration.
