If you've never been to Landscape Express, Richie not only rings you out but also loads you up, so there is no dealing with yard personnel unless he is very busy (BTW all his yard workers are as friendly as he is) Being a homeowner, it was so nice to see that my money was just as important as they guy behind me buying 15 yards of loam. I just recently went back to purchase crushed stone for my garage foundation and even though I accidentally came after hours (they close at 4pm in July) Richie was as helpful as ever.
