I looked out to the road and saw a truck with coastal landscaping on the side so I put my firearm away and went out to see them. They got started right away, and I. Four days I had a beautiful patio in my back yard. It took another four days to do the walkway with granite steps. In addition, they had to coordinate the walkway with some precast steps I was having delivered and installed. I was worried the walkway they built wouldn't line up correctly with the steps when the other company came to install the steps. My worry was unfounded. The walkway lined up beautifully with the steps. Within a 1/16th of an inch. I was amazed. About 5 minutes later Richie called me back asking how he could help me *** Huge kudos for the extra effort*** I asked him his price on loam and he was cheaper by $1.00 a yard, not a huge savings, but considering his general attitude and only being 1.5 miles further down the road I opted for Landscape Express, and am I glad I did. If you've never been to Landscape Express, Richie not only rings you out but also loads you up, so there is no dealing with yard personnel unless he is very busy (BTW all his yard workers are as friendly as he is) Being a homeowner, it was so nice to see that my money was just as important as they guy behind me buying 15 yards of loam. I just recently went back to purchase crushed stone for my garage foundation and even though I accidentally came after hours (they close at 4pm in July) Richie was as helpful as ever. Got paid but did not do the work. He was hired to weed and…read moremulch our front garden. He just dumped the mulch on the crabgrass without weeding so I grew back withing a few days. We uncovered the mulch and there it was, under two inches of mulch, undisturbed and growing fast. On top of that Caden even had the nerve to post a picture of this job on the site above. I was away when the work was done, so rather than wait to pay him when I returned, I paid him right away. He charged $400 and refused to refund me when I discovered that he had not weeded as requested. I even offered to pay for the mulch. We had to have someone else remove the mulch and redo the work. Less than useless.
