I have left many messages about re-scheduling my tree trimming and he doesn't return my phone calls. I will say he came highly recommended but it's been very disappointing. The decorative grasses he planted where we had shrubs are all doing well. Andy is easy to work with and will try to make your requests happen. His competence comes across in the results. I have a tree with a branch ready to snap off at any moment. They were supposed to come out in…read moreNovember 2023, but we kept getting pushed back. Finally we were given a date of 2/6, and it got changed to 2/7. My car was moved at the time requested by them. They had their equipment taking up spaces ALL DAY LONG. Finally i see them over by the tree at 1:30 pm. I'm thinking YAY, Finally! Only to get home 2 hours later to find out they didn't touch the branch. They claimed they "ran out of time". We were told they would come back the next day as long as they had space for equipment, THEY DID HAVE PLENTY OF SPACE. They never came back. Its one BRANCH that needs to be cut. ONE. We have no idea when they will be back. And good luck to me with tomorrow's noreaster coming, lets hope the branch come down from the weight of the snow onto my son or myself. Horrible company. Do better Mayer Tree. I do believe its time to call someone else. You clearly cannot get the job done. If your excuse is going to be that no one moved their cars where you started, and you had to wait for them to move, maybe you should have started with the area where cars were ACTUALLY MOVED.
