I never signed a contract, never agreed to services, and never authorized any work. While my mother was hospitalized and then recovering in rehabilitation, he continued generating invoices. When I contacted him to inform him that she would no longer be using his services and to stop going to her property, he began sending thousands of dollars in bills to my home -- despite the fact that I was never his customer and no services were ever provided to me. He then filed a small claims action attempting to collect payment from me personally. I disputed the charges on the basis that I was not his client and had received no services. After court, he behaved in a verbally disrespectful manner toward me. Attempting to bill someone who never contracted for or received services is extremely concerning.
