They actually discovered that my employer had accidentally recorded my birthday incorrectly, which was why they couldn't initially find my insurance. They were awesome and printed out my insurance info for me as well and services were then covered (yay!) and I then knew what I needed to do to fix my insurance issues. The wait to be seen was very short and the doctor and nurses were friendly and personable, and wrote a note for me for my work in case I needed time off (I did!) They called in my prescriptions and I was home again to rest within an hour. I would definitely return. Thank you Foothill Urgent Care!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this facility. First, their Google and Yelp…read morelistings state they are open, but they are actually closed for remodeling for at least a month. My biggest issue was the lack of communication from the receptionist, Kim. It is very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. When I finally got through, I was told I needed a referral. I went through the effort of obtaining one from my doctor and called back (which took 4+ attempts for someone to pick up) to book and only then did Kim inform me that the business is closed for remodeling. It is unprofessional to string a patient along, requiring referrals and multiple calls, only to reveal at the very end that you aren't even open. Please update your hours online so you don't waste other people's time. I told Kim she would have saved me 10+ phone calls, getting a referral, etc. had she said when I called the first time that she's closed and she just said Okay.

It's sucks when bad reviews interfere with your decision making, but if it's only a couple of bad reviews, you should just give it a chance and see for yourself. I had no money for Christmas because he stoled my money and admits it!!! Now it is January 18, 2026 and he refused to give my money back!! Charlie said an error was happening with his business account where I wrote a check. He said the check did not go through and wanted me to write another check with his personal name on it. I did thinking he was honest. Unfortunately both checks for $1462 cleared the bank. Therefore I am totally out of $1,462! Charlie committed fraud and it is not the first time I am understanding from previous unsatisfied clients. Run the other way.
