They were happy to answer all of my questions and didn't pressure me to buy things that I didn't ask for. Teo's has great customer service--highly available. In an age of robo answering machines, this was a nice change of pace! Quality of work: I am very pleased with the quality of work. My patio still needs new furniture--but the weeds are finally gone. The thing was COVERED. The trees have been trimmed back enough where I won't need work done for another year, but they still look healthy. I wish I had taken a before/after set of photos--it's truly night and day for the work done on my yard. Price: Teo's prices are reasonable. They're not so low that they're concerning; but, they are affordable. They were definitely better than many of the other quotes I received. Over the next few months I'll need some more work done on the yard; I know who I'll be calling in the future.

There was a princess tree or something of that nature that sprouted up last year and needed to go as it was getting out of control, my wife wanted weeds removed, washed rocks, and peonies in front. In the back we also finally decided to finish our walkway with flagstone. When I called him he was very rude saying he had already wasted a half hour and would have to clean the carb (he claimed the gas was bad but it ran fine). Most of this could have been avoided if he would have just called before coming so I could be ready for him. Never will call him again for anything.
