This ranch is top notch! My bf and I did the breakfast trail this past Tuesday and it was truly amazing! The horses were so gentle and well trained. The trail, was so nice and peaceful and when we arrived at the breakfast site, it was so beautiful. We sat on a bridge that was over a creek. It was so intimate and the food was delicious. It was just perfect and the staff were all amazing!!! I can't wait to go back next time, to do the 3 hr dinner trail!! Thank you again, for such an amazing experience!!!!

Had a great time on our ride. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and most importantly, the horses were gentle! Great view from the top of Beech Mountain.

    We had a great time!!!

We had a 10:30 trail ride. Everything went smoothly. Our guides were great. This is the place to go for horseback riding in the Lake George area

That's the mountain you go up!

We had SO much fun on our ride! We did the sunset dinner ride...1 hour ride up the mountain, then they cook you a delicious BBQ meal (not fancy but delicious!), and you get to sit on the top of the mountain for an hour, and then it's another hour back down. The staff were great and super friendly. The horses were very well behaved and well kept. Reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back! Only con: No bathroom! There's only a stinky porta-potty.

It is a very organized place . I went there without reservation and the staff worked out to fit me in their schedule. Our guide was very very nice ... she was very interactive , explaining and instructing us during the course. The horses are calm and clean. I'm looking forward to go again next summer. I really recommend this place.

    Ready to go!

My favorite place to ride horses with my family!, There are others in the area but this place just seems to be more personal, super friendly staff especially owner Bonnie and our beautiful guide Patience, The horses are Beautiful as well lol and well behaved, The trail through the woods was very nice and peaceful but not that adventurous, $25 for half an hour it is well worth it though, I highly recommend this place over all the others in the area and we look forward to coming back next year! Also a special thank you to Emily Who convinced my 9 year-old son to go through the trail, she is very good with the young ones!

    The view at dinner.

Amazing to me I hadn't tried this spot for so long, but no regrets now, what an incredible disappointment. More than anything, I was shocked by the lack of options and lack of creativity in those options. There is a giant lazy river, an upstairs treehouse for younger kids and three slides you see from the northway and you will wait an inordinately long time to go down. That's about it, unless you pay for a special area that, honestly, had like one or two other sad looking wave pools anyway. There is one tiny adult-only hot tub that sad adults can cram in for a few uncomfortable kid-free minutes. The quality is poor -- any adult over five feet accompanying their kid in the wave pool will probably leave with scraped knees from the cheap floor. The water is barely kept warm enough. And don't even ask about the cheap plastic food and the surly, possibly meth-addled service it comes with. All this for an absurdly high price in a crowded venue. Might keep your kid entertained for a bit, but even our son got bored quicker than we expected.

It was like being in a winter wonderland. Scheduled activities every hour. Honestly spent more time doing that then water park. We ate at Hurricane Wings & Grill service was good a little slow but doable. NYE we did the arcade, which the kids liked. They had balloons, lights, a DJ, and handed out blowers & noise makers. For midnight they gave everyone sparkling cider before the balloon drop. It did get very packed but that was expected. Will go back with the family again!

You went from two stars now down to one star…read more Why? Because all you had to do was say I'm sorry. Instead, you made me the bad guy. You made the customer the bad guy. When you make the customer the bad guy, we tell you to F off and never come back and never spend money with you and never refer you to anyone and you're just not smart enough to know that. (Please google the Dunning Kruger effect.) Thanks for your response and no thank you. We were very kind and we explained we were from California and didn't know, and we also apologized for not reading the menu, and we are just really un accustomed to having an owner give us attitude, When we got "oh please go look outside look at the menu," and one of the employees laughed at us, that's bullshit. So now I take the gloves off and give you back your nonsensical baloney. It doesn't matter that your seasonal and that you're this or you're that, there's no excuse to be assholes. I don't expect you to do anything but give me what I order. I don't expect a Restaurant to treat me with kindness I don't expect anything because deserving is way too subjective of a term. So you little hillbillies, you go be with yourselves because you won't see us stopping there driving by Ever again. A simple apology would've been great and it would've gone a long way but stating irrelevant related topics to you being an asshole, proves my point. You're an asshole and now you know why. Lastly, the hotdog was horrible. It was one of those cheap $.10 ballpark frank filled with garbage disposal meat. If you're gonna nickel and dime your customers on the extras, at least put a hotdog underneath it that's worth eating. It was disgusting. Have a nice day :-)

This is my first time on an alpine slide and I am older and the two people on 2 chairs ahead of me pushed through the opening to get on the lift and I was with my 12-year-old grandson and that's what I thought you were supposed to do so I did that because 2 othe chairs had done pushed the little gate through. The lift operator allowed them to do that without stopping them or saying anything to them. When we did it, unknowingly, and we have plenty of time to get on the ride and we're on the line to sit on the left, he made a spectacle out of us and stopped the ride and made us turn around and go back around to the little green gate thing even though we are already at the line and had plenty of time to get on the next lift chair. He did not do that with the first two people that did it, however he did it with us. We're standing at the line to sit, he shuts the ride down with all the people on it to make a spectacle out of us and prove a point. He makes us walk around to the beginning gate and says he's skipping every third chair. Then when we get on the ride and I look back, he didn't skip any chair or 3rd chair and everybody was getting on every chair. And then we went on at one more time and he again stared us down and skipped a chair before putting us on the lift and had kind of a smirk on his face. I was apologetic the first time but then seeing that he wasn't putting people on every third chair, I knew he was just being a little jerk about it. And then he remembered us the second time too and made sure that I felt uncomfortable then as well. So he made us uncomfortable the first time by making a spectacle out of us, stopping the lift making us go back and start a new at the gate even though we're already at the line and had plenty of time to get on the chairlift and then also the second time making us feel uncomfortable. The date that we went was August 5th and it was thr exact guy/ teenager that puts you in the seat. That was fully and wholly disappointing and made both my grandson and I feel completely uncomfortable which was what he wanted to do for some reason. You might want to speak with him. Disappointed

It's a beautiful mountain and resort but be prepared to be spoken to like a toddler by the customer…read moreservice staff. Not sure of his name but one man in particular was extremely condescending, arrogant, and rude. My fiancé lost his chair lift pass after one run and he didn't have the ticket stub so there was no way for them to look it up. Unfortunate situation but it is what it is. The front desk staff led by a Mr. Roger's look-alike handled the situation so poorly. We walked out of the office after being talked over for 3 mins straight and spoken to like we were 5 years old by that guy. This was my first time coming here but I won't be returning. I'd urge the company to make sure their customer service agents are actually willing to serve customers, not belittle them. If that guy wasn't a complete jerk, we probably would have bought another day pass because the conditions were perfect and we really enjoyed the one run we got in.
