I was amazed how quickly he was able to get both transactions completed. The condo was listed at the end of January and in a couple of days we had a firm buyer. This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.

After a couple phone calls, I met him in person when I flew in to Vegas to move some things out of the home, and he checked every box, just a genuinely smart, knowledgable person. He went above and beyond at every step, hiring the contractors to clean the home, handle landscaping, and photograph it for sale. He literally got on his hands and knees with a bottle of Goo Gone to remove a bunch of carpet tape marks left in the kitchen! Who does that?? As for the sale, we ended up with multiple bids right away and it closed above asking. Except for one notary signing, everything was handled remotely and digitally, which was exactly what we needed at this difficult time. I don't know how it could have gone any smoother. We also paid an extra deposit for the keys and garage opener. I even showed them the receipt as proof of payment, but they claimed the payment was for something else and refused to return the money. Very disappointing experience. Do not use this company.

They ended the call promptly when I informed her that the call was being recorded. I have since filed a police report for theft. I also have a statement from the marshal who physically served the eviction and locked us out stating that he saw, and even mentioned to us that we were leaving a lot of stuff behind and that they had to store it for 30 days. This company rents out units "as is" and they are in terrible condition. People pay because they need a place to live. I watched an old lady (a tenant apparently) in the office Complaining about her air conditioner being broke. She kept saying she didn't understand how to submit a ticket online. They were arguing with her instead of trying to help her. It was sad. If you read these reviews carefully, the "good" ones are obviously fake. All the bad reviews have a similar theme and they all complain about the same things.. If you have any other choices, don't rent from here.

The only problem I had Is I was very sick one time when rent was due, my girls were out of town and I couldn't pay the rent by the 3rd. I called to see if they could drop the late fee's but he wouldn't. I wished for a better outcome. Bur other than that I haven't been late on rent.
