I always liked this pace in the past. My daughter has been receiving the therapies at this location…read morefor many years. Unfortunately, today I can't post a good review. My child with autism was recently discharged from the speech therapy solely because she reached an age cutoff. (she is only 15), despite her clear and ongoing need for speech and communication support. Speech therapy is a long-term necessity for autistic children, not something they "outgrow" at specific age. The age should never be a factor in determining whether an autistic teenager receives speech therapy! All autistic children/teenagers are at different levels when it comes to speech. The fact that even the owner of the company was not able to help is incredibly disheartening. Dropping a child from therapy due to age rather than her actual progress is unacceptable and unethical! The therapist just handed me a piece of paper with a list of places to call that offer social group settings for my child which I did has not been successful. Most of these places that I contacted have long wait lists for speech therapy. So now my child is stuck, I am going through a lot of hassle and stress, and Speakeasy is a big Disappointment! This company is failing the autism community, unfortunately!

My son looks forward to seeing her each week. I love that they use neurodiverse-affirming play-based therapy techniques, so the kids are active and engaged. My son is already making progress after only a short couple of months. The office staff is always very helpful and kind as well. So glad we were referred to this therapy center.

For any parent needing help with speech therapy, I highly suggest going with a different office,…read moreone that will actually give a fuck! It's July 15, I've been dealing with this office since the beginning of March. When I was first referred, I was told it would be a month wait! I understood a month wait as there's a multitude of kids that are needing therapy. After a month, I reached out again and they stated the month wait has now turned into a 6-month wait due to the fact they only had two providers and one was going out on maternity leave. I then asked them why it was originally a one month wait, since surely they knew this pregnant provider would be leaving. They then admitted to me that they had another provider onboarding and would keep me posted about the wait times. As you can see in the screenshots, I reached out to the office multiple times, often getting no response until I called. I kept pressure on them, again and again, they kept coming up with issue after issue after issue, until they straight up finally decided they won't be taking my insurance, even though it's been confirmed multiple times they're contracted with my insurance. So I just wasted 4 months of my time because this office and their terrible customer service decided to string me along. If you care about getting your child the help they need, don't bother with this fucked up place. I'm also going to report this office for HIPAA violation. As you can see they're careless and sent me a form with somebody else's information on there.

Took my 85 year old father in for an evaluation because he is in severe pain from severe spinal…read morestenosis caused by the arthritis in the 2 back fusions he had 20+ years ago. It basically means the arthritis has grown to a point where it is severaly pinching his spinal cord. Over the past 9 months when he was first diagnosed (we had to take care of other medical issues during this time - reason for the delay) he has severely worsened. We were advised by the surgeon that we needed to go to pt and pain management before surgery. This was mainly to prove that he has no other treatment option other than surgery. Since it is now 8 months since the diagnosis he has gotten to a point where he cannot walk far at all without severe pain and numbness in his legs, causing fear of falling. 8 months ago he could go to town shopping on his own - walk around the store and come home. By the time he got home he would be in pain but then would sit down and recover. At this clinic, he was "evaluated" by Jeff Hill, one of the 3 people who RUN ALL THE KELLY HAWKINS CLINICS and is listed as OWNER of this one in Vegas. Jeff kept insisting that my father, who is at a level 8 on pain with hydrocodone pills every 6 hours, could benefit from physical therapy. He stated that my father's possibility of rehab after surgery is POOR... obviously this man didn't know my father had heart surgery 2 years ago and the surgeon told him he recovered better than some 60 year olds who went through a valve replacement, and 3 bypasses!!! He diligently did his reha after with a home care nurse and recovered wonderfully!!!!! Even before his heart surgery the surgeon told him he is healthy as can be, just not the heart... OPEN HEART SURGERY...on an 83 year old... and my Dad easily recovered with his post rehab.....This Jeff guy just makes assumptions not knowing details and doesn't seem to care. Even the surgeon 8 months prior said surgery was the only way to CURE his problem. So Jeff would rather my father be in pain, worsening his stenosis by prolonging surgery, than agree that PT wasn't the answer. I agree with physical therapy 100% in many cases as I have gone after several surgeries (never to Kelly Hawkins). But in this case it doesn't take a rocket sientist to know that when a man can hardly walk, stand or sit because of the SPINAL CORD PAIN AND NUMBNESS, that PT is NOT the answer. His eval suggested 1 month of treatment for my father. Idiotic. PLUS he said that we told him "we are only here for the insurance." THAT is NOT what I specifically said, it's a lie and not what I meant - my father is on Medicare with a secondary insurance. All this man wanted was to get money into his clinic by trying to force someone into therapy when it would only make him worse. Spinal Stenosis can get so bad as to paralyze a person and make them use a wheelchair.. this guy didn't care - it was his ego and his clinic raking in more money that mattered most to him. Stay clear from this egotistical jerk!

Extremely disappointed with ATI Physical Therapy and their billing practices…read more Before I even scheduled my first appointment, I specifically asked them to verify my insurance and tell me exactly what my cost would be per visit. I was told it would be approximately $60. I intentionally waited several days for them to verify my insurance information before moving forward because I wanted to know the cost upfront. At my first visit, I was charged $65. It was $5 more than quoted, but I didn't make an issue of it. Now, approximately 25 days later, ATI is trying to charge me an ADDITIONAL $95 for that same visit. That brings the total cost of ONE physical therapy visit to $160. When I called customer service, I was told the original $65 was supposedly only a "deposit." That was NEVER explained to me. Had I been told that $65 was simply a deposit and that I could later be billed another $95, I would have never agreed to the appointment. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked for the cost BEFORE scheduling and gave them time to verify everything with my insurance. Their customer service experience only made the situation worse. Patients deserve transparency about what they are agreeing to pay. Quoting someone around $60, collecting $65 at the appointment, and then nearly a month later billing another $95 is completely unacceptable to me. I would absolutely NOT recommend ATI Physical Therapy based on my experience. If you decide to use them, I strongly recommend getting your expected TOTAL cost in writing before receiving any services.

Hard to quantify how negative my experience was…read more After dealing with a hip issue for a while, I asked my dr for a PT referral. I ended up at ATI. From our first meeting, I got a negative vibe from the care provider. I've had PT before, and I know how it should go, and this was not it. He spoke very quickly, and seemed genuinely annoyed when I asked him to slow down, and even more so when I asked questions about his recommendations. I believe in advocating for myself and getting the necessary information in order to do so. At every subsequent appointment, I just felt like a number. I was simply given a series of exercises, and left to my own devices as whoever I was working with moved on the the next patient. No one asked if I were able to do the exercises, or watched to see if my form was correct, just said if it hurt, don't do it. After two weeks I noticed zero improvement. I asked the fast talker if that was unusual. He exasperatedly said no, and they would only be concerned if my pain was worse. On I went for another two weeks. Again, no improvement. I went in at my next visit, and began my usual routine. A person I had not worked with previously casually asked how I was doing. I politely and honestly reported that I was getting frustrated with my lack of results. He said he would report that to Mr. Fast Talker. I told him that might not go great, as I had already experienced that he did not like to be questioned. He walked off to speak to Mr. Fast Talker. I saw that, as expected, he did not look happy (angry) and began to quickly stride in my direction, with the other guy behind him. As I stood there, he sternly said that if I was not able to do as instructed, and simply wanted to complain, that it wasn't going to work out for us to go further. The second guy seemed as shocked as I was. Seriously? I am not allowed to question methods that clearly are not having their intended impact? I could not get out of there fast enough.
