But when I originally got injured, I went to physical therapy and had a great experience with a gentleman named James Aiken who fixed me up the best he could and I was on my way. Over the years, I've relied on him when my back was getting worse again from stress or a tweak. It probably didn't help that I didn't do the stretches or workouts at home that he recommended Fast forward to today, he recently opened his own clinic and it is one of the nicest I've seen! It felt great to get adjusted and worked on again. And on the way out, they gave me a Gatorade and granola bar. Healing my back and my stomach! I don't recommend you get injured, but if you do, this is the place to go for recovery. Maybe this time, I will listen and do my at home workouts... probably not though.

I was very confused and said no this is my rescheduled initial appointment. I have emails that show the day we rescheduled. I asked what was the second no show, but no one could give me an answer. Crystle was very rude and hostile toward me. She kept saying she's not trying to argue with me and that I in fact no showed twice, but I wasn't arguing. And I didn't no show twice. I kept asking her to just communicate with me. She wasn't open to letting me talk, kept talking over me. And even told me to leave which was strange so I tried to convince her to just see the email I was referencing to. As I was pulling up the email, I told her I don't understand why she's treating me like this. And she told me to leave the building. I should've asked is this how you treat all your patients? Honestly, in that moment I realized I never deserve to be treated like that and left. She had no reason to treat me like that as I was very respectful and I will not give this place a second chance. I sent Crystle an email, but no reply. So here's my honest review. I wish I had a video recording of it because it was bizarre. I've had lots of physical therapy. Most of which did some good. However, the majority of it focused on the symptoms rather than the cause. It helped me feel better but didn't last. When I started seeing Greg at Optimum, right from the beginning, he seemed to be able to identify the cause, focus on that and at the same time give lasting relief to the symptoms. Getting to go only once or twice a week, I needed exercises at home and he knew exactly what would help. They taught me that a lot of the problem was balance, right to left, front to back. Greg also taught me maintenance exercises and streches that if I knew 20 years ago I'd be in much better shape today. Everyone there is very friendly and relaxed. The place is nice and clean.
