Took about a week to get my order, which is pretty good considering they're only a small business. They are not scammers or a fraud, they are a legitimate business that tries their best to ship out orders as quickly as possible. They even notified me about one of my items being on back order, and were more than willing to take it off and ship the rest of my order. I ordered a Sig Firefly red dot adapter for my pistol on Feb 4, 2025. The next day i get an Item Backordered email. I used a Virtual Card number I created uniquely for Mounts Plus from Capital One. That same virtual card number was then fraudulently used to try purchase $897.00 from WAHOO FITNESS on Feb 6, 2025 which was declined by Capital One. I ordered two thing using two different cards and both times my card info was used in a fraudulent manner. First order was wrong, mounting screws where a different size, asked for RMA , nothing. After a recent, tiday, email from MSP, I got a more responsive communication abut how their credit information is processed. Stilk haven't received my part, but ill give them a bit longer, even though its been eight weeks. I made a purchase at MSP in October. Only place that advertised a mount for an optic I purchased. I used my CC to make this purchase. After waiting 2 weeks I called and got their famous "no one to answer the phone, leave message." I left multiple messages and emails, but still no part I ordered. Bought a piece of mounting hardware from them. Turned out not to need it before i ever even opened the shipping package. Read the return policy on their site and it stated that customers need to get an RMA # to return something otherwise they will have to pay their own return shipping. Got an RMA # then when I asked for a return shipping label and I was coldly brushed off and refused. I pointed out the policy on their site and was told I still wouldn't receive a shipping label regardless. After 7 emails with the same response I gave up and told the woman my dissatisfaction would go in the review. She didn't seem to care. read more

Disappointed for sure and hear is why. I ordered the A.R.M.S. #22 scope rings from Optics Planet and knew they were backordered Until April 17th. I happened to see them on Mounting Solutions Plus but they too stated they were Out Of Stock. So then I found the new version LKII/MKII as they stated I could add to cart with no "Out Of Stock" notice. Optics Planet was cheaper but went ahead and canceled them due to these supposedly being in stock. Later in the day I got the notice they were out of stock. This is quite unacceptable. I will wait however for a couple of weeks but wish I would have never cancelled from Optics Planet as I use them often and trust their ship times and on even their out of stock items. Mounting Plus Solutions may be a good company for local brick and mortar shopping but the online ordering seems to be a huge issue for them. There 1 star ratings are off the charts. I found this company via a Google search and purchased a rifle stock kit. My kit shipped and arrived faster than I expected. Prices and shipping cost was better than other online retailers. The ATI Strikeforce kit came with eazy to follow instructions and took less than an hour to install. I am looking foward to purchasing from this company again for my next upgrade. read more

Mounting Solutions has shipped out my DPM Recoil Springs pretty quickly. I just finished installing the Hellcat one. Last month was the P365. I expect these recoil springs to help tame such tiny pistols. I have yet to shoot these latest. But I have used DPM recoil springs in other guns, and I like it. This was my 2nd time ordering from Mountsplus.com. I ordered an Atlas BT10-LW17 bipod on 12/31. I received it on 1/5/22. With the holidays, my order was shipped and received pretty quick. The bipod was new and undamaged. I would shop with them again. Their website stated that my order required a signature upon deliver but the postal worker never rang my doorbell or knocked. read more

I have now purchased three items from this company and every single time the items were either damaged or the incorrect item was sent. Every time I have to send them back they charge a "restocking fee" but the mistake is on their end. This last item I ordered they sent me a package that was already opened and was the incorrect item so I sent it back and they charged me because they could not re sell but it! Was in market for RMR online, MSP has one ? It's on sale?! Awesome, I'm in. Input my info, paid for order.. got notification of order..., so far so good. Then like a turd I forgot to read reviews of MSP beforehand, places I've never heard of, mind you, I used to be in the industry and know most of the down-low good online places to grab things that are potentially hard to find. After reading through reviews I see a pattern, "some items say in stock while others do not, regardless of their stock.... They will take your money without having item and no real plans or know when of getting item back in stock...." Sh/++++!!!!!!....... So I call them up, and I'm greeted by a rude dude, looks up item.. "naaa bro we don't have that item in stock ,"Me, "well when will you?" Him, "I have no idea, prob a long time, on top of that there are a lot people ahead of you for the same item so prob even longer..." (appears to get joy out of telling me this) paraphrased but that was the jest of it. Okay so to the point, I end up canceling the order and it takes days and multiple attempts for them to finally cancel my order and offer the refund. I am still not sure if it was PayPal who refunded me because I opened a dispute or if it was MSP. On top of this I'm still getting emails from MSP saying the RMR misses me and to order now to have it shipped out to me today.
