This particular move felt a bit more complicated than the type of moves I'm sure they usually see. Within the span of a week they moved my mother out of state to an assisted care facility and my family ( also out of state) to a single-family home. The guys were all extremely pleasant, showed up on time, helped pack, and facilitated trash removal. I never heard one complaint, and in fact, in the span of the full week I never saw any of them take a break. They worked full power every time I saw them. I feel confident in saying if you choose this moving crew, they will handle your move with professionalism and care the way they have done mine. I'd like to shout out Nick, Elliot, Ace, Josh, Nico and Art. You all made an extremely stressful process much more manageable, and my family and I are grateful.

When I raised concerns about my broken kitchen table, a crew member dismissed the issue by suggesting it was poorly assembled and would have broken eventually. When I reported wall damage and other issues to both the crew supervisor and Customer Care, I was simply told to file a claim without further assistance or accountability. As a result of this move: My kitchen table is unusable My son's dresser is damaged beyond use My home, which I am currently preparing to sell, now requires repairs due to wall damage I had to hire an additional moving service to move items your crew refused to move due to lack of proper equipment. To repair and replace the damaged items with something of comparable quality it will cost me almost $4,600. They only offered me $830, yes you see that correctly, $830 for all of the items damaged. I would not recommned them to anyone.

I was in contact with them on any changes and everything was set for 9:00 on Tuesday morning. Truck came in on a Monday afternoon and arrived at 9:00 Tuesday. But no Junk Hunks. I received a message that they would be there between 11 and 12:45. And I told them we needed to start and to call me before coming to see if we still needed them. We of course my son unloaded the whole truck by himself. I believe I should have received an apology and my deposit back. Not a happy customer and I will never use them again or suggest anyone use them. ​
