The atmosphere within is always calm, quiet and serene, and the staff are very kind and let you browse without interruption, and are not pushy. Prices on what you would expect from a boutique shop: more expensive and say, a Walmart, but the quality of the items here is vastly superior, and comes with the bonus of not having to shop at a Walmart ( or any other big box retailer). Coming here is always a nice change of pace from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Bend. We picked up an outfit and some hair bows for our friend, who just gave birth to her first daughter. Seems like somebody we know is always pregnant or has just had a child every time to come through Bend, so this has become a regular stop for us! Scissor Bird butcheted the gown. When I called Pinpoint on a day they were closed (and they still answered their phone) they told me to immediately bring in the dress and they will see what they can do. Service was great and with the amount of customers walking in they had enough sales person to meet the customer's needed without a long wait time.
