They Called us promptly at 0900 and stated that they were to be here in a few minutes. Communication was amazing! This is our first time working with movers so my fiancé and I were a little nervous. When we met Justin Bell and Gus, they had made the whole experience and transition so nice! I was very impressed of how quickly they had moved all of our items and furniture to the moving truck! They wrapped our furniture very nicely and always had an upbeat attitude( Side note, we live on the second floor) Throughout the whole process, they were chatting with us and laughing and just in good spirits, again I am very impressed. Once we got to our destination, they were quick and swift in retrieving our belongings and bringing them down stairs and was able to place my items where they needed to be. All of our furniture and items arrived with no issues and no complaints. I definitely recommend Justin Bell and Gus! If you guys are ever are needing Movers, really, get these guys! They are so much fun and made this move for us a GREAT experience! They are such hard workers and you can definitely see it in their work ethic and attitude! Thank you guys for an amazing job and the laughs! I appreciate you guys so much! Unfortunately,I was not able to grab a photo as they worked and moved so quickly!

They dumped boxes in the carport when they were clearly marked for the house. They put clearly marked boxes in the wrong rooms. They failed to reassemble a bed after they've taken it apart. They gouged walls as they moved around the house. They damaged the concrete front steps with their dolly. Each day as we unpack we discover more problems. Boxes labeled fragile beneath a heavy box of books. More boxes dumped on the wrong floor of the house. On the day the crew loaded the truck, one of the two locked himself into a bathroom (which still needed to be packed) for a half hour and wouldn't respond when we asked him to finish his business and get out. Moving is stressful enough without having to monitor movers and their every action. You trust they'll do a competent job and only find out they didn't after you pay the final bill and they drive off to the next job.

Emanuel and his crew wrapped it to ensure there was no damage during the move. These guys were absolutely professional, responsive and worked within four crazy schedule. This was being moved to a floating house which took a lot of coordination with different vendors to get it going. Emanuel made it work. Aside from work these guys were pleasant and had so great conversation!

This was a poor experience. I would not advise using this company. Jared who moved our hot tub was…read morea nice guy and he had 2 people with him who were nice as well and hard workers. The issues we had were that they arrived 45 minutes late, they brought no straps to secure the hot tub (had to take them from the person who sold us the hot tub), the owner on the phone was quick to answer when calling to set up service, but then doesn't answer when you call because there is an issue. The owner specifically told us that they wrap the hot tub to protect it- they didn't. Jared said it increased their supply cost so he doesn't do that (despite the owner saying they do and was part of why we booked with them). The owner told me it would be between $500-600 dollars. Then after moving it he apparently told Jared to charge me an extra $100 because they had to remove the cover lift and unhook the hot tub. The owner didn't say anything about this when I called asking for a quote. They then had to go to Home Depot to get more straps for the hot tub adding an extra hour to getting the hot tub to it's new home, which then made it so it had to be brought down in the dark (had they been on time and prepared it would have been daylight and almost 2 hours earlier) . They didn't have enough manpower despite me letting them know the size of the hot tub when we got the quote and the seller ended up having to help push it and then my husband did when they brought it to the house. The headrest and a jet pack from the hot tub came off in transit (part of why you wrap it!). Overall, while the employees were nice people, it was completely unprofessional and not bothering to wrap and protect the tub is ridiculous and completely false advertising. Don't use this company. You would be better off hiring a few buddies to move your hot tub.

During the packing process I noticed Daniel was listening to music on his phone and I offered to let him Bluetooth link to our Bose Soundlink Mini while he was working. He had it downstairs as he was packing up. When we arrived at the new house and were unloading the truck I received a call from my wife back at the old house asking where the Bose unit was. I asked Daniel and his answer was that one of the other guys used it. When I asked the other guys if they used it they said they did not. We thought that perhaps it got packed by accident, so even thought I was suspicious I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Well we have unpacked everything and guess what? No Bose. I emailed Daniel to give him the opportunity to cough up the Bose or the replacement cost prior to this post but I have heard nothing. I am not saying he stole it because I did not physically see him do it. But I think the fact that I gave it directly to him and he did not give it back, plus he seemed to accept no personal responsibility for this....And the fact that their stories did not match leaves any reasonable person to draw their own conclusion here. My advice to anyone out there; DO NOT hire Last Minute Movers. They also have a different company name called Innovative Movers run by a guy named Darryl. I would hire Darryl again but not if Daniel Bradford was part of his crew!

We decided to hire Daryl with Innovative Moving Co. because his quote was in the middle price-wise,…read morenot too high and not too low, and his ratings were high. It turned out to be the move from hell. To start, his two men were 6 hours late with a Budget Rental truck. 6 HOURS late. One of those hours could have been spent packing had the driver owned GPS, or at least known how to look at a map. My family lived off a main road; not difficult to find. The men did not finish loading the truck until after 11pm, which in turn made my husband take a three-hour road trip to our new home in the middle of the night and not arrive home until 3am. Had Daryl sent four men, as he had originally said, this would not have been an issue. The next day the truck arrived in the afternoon. As they were unloading, I quickly learned they broke a $500 art sculpture we had purchased from a local Seattle artist. How did this happen, especially considering it is made from steel? The piece is 6ft tall and rests of four thin poles, designed to sway. The movers laid it horizontally over a box, creating a point of pressure, and one of the poles snapped off the bottom and another from the top. The man who had packed the kitchen obviously had no experience as a mover. While unpacking boxes, I learned he had put my oils in sideways, which lead them to tip over upside down and spill, leaking through the box onto others. I often found boxes with delicate ceramic bowls on the bottom and canned goods on top, causing several breaks and chips. The worst case, is when he decided to unload my husband's large standing tool chest, and add a delicate dish box on top. While bringing it down the rails, he lost control, caught an edge, and I watched as my dish box went flying off the top and smashed into the concrete. Several wine glasses and serving bowls were smashed to pieces (why were they packed together?). As if things could not get worse, they did not pack our 2300 sq ft home entirely into their truck, so my husband had to spend $400 on UHaul, drive another 3 hours to our previous home, load up rest of the stuff (which didn't even take half the small truck), and drive the 3 hours back. Another 3am arrival. Our main living room and the office contained no furniture, so I was disapointed they were not able to load everything on the first try. Despite trying to negotiate price with Daryl for over an hour and his EXTREME negligence and unprofessional movers, he only knocked $60 off our bill. A whopping $60. Save your sanity and hire someone else.
