It's a 2014 Itasca Navion RV that I had scheduled to rent out that Monday. Their guys diagnosed the problem and were able to find a part and get it delivered Monday morning. They replaced the whole rack and pinion steering system and aligned the tires that Monday and my renters were on the road Monday evening. We had vinyl plank installed along with new carpet. For the installation, the carpet techs were fast. The old carpet was out, floor prepped and the new pad and carpet done in less than a day. (3 bedrooms and a hallway). The finished floor looks great. The LVP took a bit longer but required more prep, leveling and detailed fitting. The tech did a great job and the detail work looks excellent. Overall super happy with the finished product and the cost. I'd use Dallas again for any flooring needs we have. We understand accidents happen, and since you can't foresee everything, we're practically most concerned about the followup, prevention, and direct communication during and after. As previously noted, we're among the oldest residents here, and have seen a lot come and go. Recently after heavy rains, we encountered another water flooding (due to boiler room being clogged). While this was stressful, it also opened the opportunity for long-term resolution: Rochelle (our new property manager), Alyx (assistant manager), and Richard (maintenance supervisor) and Anthony (also with maintenance) sprung into action. Rochelle's leadership is already making a positive difference. She's constantly reassuring and gave us confidence that this would all be handled professionally in an efficient manner. After Anthony escalated it and the source of the problems was stopped, Rochelle came in with Richard (who often asks how our home is doing) to firsthand assess the damage, and they coordinated things with vendors to get the issues fixed. Alyx (always a joy to talk to) helped us stay in another unit in the meantime. There were a number of action items that were followed up on, including a more direct emergency line, and we brought up getting water leak detectors for even earlier alerts in the future. Also, along with general repairs, some earlier damage from a prior flood (a lingering issue during the COVID-19 pandemic) was finally able to be resolved. Suffice to say, you never want "OH NO!!!" events like this happening, but when they do, it really helps to know that management cares about dealing with it swiftly. Thank you again, M Street team!

They scheduled me for 1 truck, 3 guys, for moving Saturday, but they ordered a second truck and 3 more guys in a surprise turn of events and so i got charged out the ass, and after the truck was unpacked, they kept BOTH trucks and all 3 extra guys there while only 2 of the first guys from the first truck worked, i paid for a whole extra crew to basically stand outside doing nothing, ABSOLUTELY CHEAT OF MONEY 2. They brought my desk in and didnt put it together until i reminded them, and THEY LOST THE SCREWS to it, so they used small screws to make it look together but the moment i went to move it, it fell apart because they used the wrong ones, wow really guys? So we spent the next entire day going back and forth from Lowes, getting different screws to fix my desk since they lost the original ones 3. THEY USE HORRIBLE TAPE!!!! They taped the keyboard slider on my desk with clear packing tape or something stronger, because when i took it off, it peeled entire chunks of my desk's flush off. As well as our TV stand, good bye nice looking furniture, its not got tape flesh peeled parts all over it. 4. This one is probably my fault for TRUSTING THEM - they packed up my computer and my monitors, and they just CARELESSLY put my monitors in a box, with not NEARLY enough bubble wrap, and when i opened th ebox, i found they even positioned the screens so one corner was PRESSED AGAINST the other monitor!? At this point i HAD to take a picture of this, i was disgusted with their lack of care for other peoples things. - Adding on this, THEY USED FREAKING DUCT TAPE to hold the very minimum bubble wrap on them, and there was duct tape DIRECTLY on my screens?! It is lucky my monitors still worked, or this would be worst than just a google review. Un-freaking-believeable the entire headaches i'm now going through after this move. During the move into our new place I tried to get hold of Bellhop via phone (AI assistant- super annoying, didn't result in a call for 5-6 hours) and text. They completely dropped the ball. By a miracle, our stuff arrived in ok shape, even though the boxes were soaked. I only filed a claim for an expensive linen lampshade, even though we did end up with some scratches on the furniture. Just got back the claim result: they are offering me ONE DOLLAR AND TWENTY CENTS. My annoyance and disgust with this company is very, very high. Awful.

Bellhop Moving is a deceptive brokerage (not a direct moving company) that intentionally…read moreunderquotes customers to lure them in, only to inflate charges by 350% or more after services are rendered. The kids they hire as "movers" are not professional or qualified movers, and they even admitted underquoting is standard practice for Bellhops. The company makes no effort to be transparent about pricing. They quoted me 4 hours to move a 750 sq. ft. apartment just 3 miles, with only one large furniture item (a 3-seat couch) and total possessions that filled only half a truck. The move ended up taking nearly 11 hours, and with all charges, the cost exceeded $3,000--an outrageous, predatory scam. When I reported these serious issues mid-move, Bellhop lied about sending help and never followed up. Post-move, they falsified documents sent to my credit card company, falsely claiming more movers were present and that I never complained -- despite extensive communications proving otherwise. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has been trying to hold them accountable for years due to an overwhelming number of similar complaints (1.2-star rating, 131+ complaints), but the Attorney General office has not yet taken action. This company is a scam, a bait-and-switch operation, and a consumer nightmare. If you value your time, money, and sanity, hire one of the many alternatives to Bellhop Moving.

I signed up for the annual maintenance plan to save money. He made good recommendations based on my needs and concerns of my allergies. Much appreciated! 2026 update - our heat pump stopped working and needed replacement parts. I paid for them to send a tech to diagnose it and they followed through with the work which is under the 10-year warranty. Tech, Hagen was very nice and professional and made sure to answer all of my questions. Kudos to the office staff, Brittny, Erin and everyone who took my calls while I was eagerly waiting for parts & repair. They treated me very kindly and proactively communicated each step of the way. I had to call them five times before they finally sent someone. Turns out the salesman hadn't secured the door properly, so the safety switch never engaged -- a super easy fix. We had a cold night with small kids in the house and they showed zero urgency fixing a problem they caused. Their quote was also the highest I got. I don't blame the salesman for the mistake, but the company doesn't stand behind their work at all. I'd never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
