Their online tools for signing up and making an appointment need some work, and it sounds like they know it. They required an insurance card, but their system wouldn't let me add one. They asked me to schedule a time, which I did, only to find out days later they bumped me to another time for some unknown reason. They also told me I could not make an appointment without a referral from my primary, even though I told them I'd be paying out of pocket. BUT, I decided to keep my appointment, really needing some answers about a problem with my shoulder. Dr. Karim did not disappoint. He was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. He answered all of my questions and I had a lot of them. Before Dr. Karim, I would have given this place 1 or 2 stars. Honestly, their wacky tools wasted a ton of my time and I don't like that. But Dr. Karim restored my confidence. If they ever get their online tools working, I'd be happy to give them a full FIVE STARS!

I was unable to walk for 2 months from a badly twisted ankle. In 1.5 sessions I was able to safely and comfortably walk again. From there, it was rehabbing nerve damage and strengthening my ankle and calf. Less than two months later I'm already almost back to 100%! Bummed I was injured but so grateful to get to heal here. Front office staff, good work, suggest offering more approachability. Harold Neuendorff is one of the best OTs in my opinion. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and he cares. Hands-down, get him as your OT if you can. Paloma is a newer OT there and she is really good also. I have developed a chronic stiffness problem due to overly happy scar tissue inside my hand, fingers and wrist. I go to therapy twice a week and do exercises on my own three times a day. Harold and Paloma provide expert exercising of my fingers and wrist and are always encouraging regarding my slow but steady progress. Thank you!

I tried the 25 minute maintenance stretch with Daylin and it was really great! It made me realize I really don't stretch as extensively as I probably should! By the end of my session was able to comfortably touch my toes, and everything felt loosened up! I will definitely be back for the 50 minute standard stretch next so I can try out the compression boots as well, they look really cool and I think they will help me a lot since I stand for long hours at work. I would definitely recommend adding an assisted stretch to anyone that works in the medical field like myself!
