The whole team really goes above and beyond to make sure that there's growth in your healing journey. I stopped going during the holidays after getting really sick and missing two weeks worth of therapy really slowed me down not to mention pain returning. After having a fractured foot and arm and a really bad ankle sprain I can't believe the amount of things I've found while at physical therapy we are currently correcting. The team is super friendly, professional, and most importantly, knowledgeable. I always feel at home, from the evaluation to every therapy ever attended. They hear my concerns, answer my questions, and treat me with respect and kindness. I've made friends with other patients as well and there's never a dull moment. I was unable to walk for 2 months from a badly twisted ankle. In 1.5 sessions I was able to safely and comfortably walk again. From there, it was rehabbing nerve damage and strengthening my ankle and calf. Less than two months later I'm already almost back to 100%! Bummed I was injured but so grateful to get to heal here. Given a business card to call 'Stephanie' to schedule surgery. Called and left VM and the call was never returned. NEVER! Later, called to speak with someone to schedule surgery and they never picked up the phone. 'You are number 1 in the queue...' Nope, no one picked up. EVER! That did it. I'm done.

I tried the 25 minute maintenance stretch with Daylin and it was really great! It made me realize I really don't stretch as extensively as I probably should! By the end of my session was able to comfortably touch my toes, and everything felt loosened up! I will definitely be back for the 50 minute standard stretch next so I can try out the compression boots as well, they look really cool and I think they will help me a lot since I stand for long hours at work. I would definitely recommend adding an assisted stretch to anyone that works in the medical field like myself!
