Dr. Lomonaco is truly fantastic - he got me back running pain-free after an injury had sidelined me for a couple months. My wife has been seeing Dr. Lomonaco for a long time and is the reason I decided to give him a try. She has never had anything but positive things to say about her experience with him. I also received a call the very next day from the medical assistant to check in on how I was doing post-procedure. I thought this was a thoughtful touch that really stood out. I don't recall receiving this level of personalized, attentive customer service at other practices l've visited in the past. It's the little things like this follow-up call that add up and are always greatly appreciated. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend Interventional Pain Associates of MA to anyone seeking relief from pain. Dr. Lomonaco's expertise, the friendly and caring staff, and the commitment to patient satisfaction is unmatched in my experience. I'm grateful to be back on my feet running pain free thanks to the excellent care l received at IPA of MA. -MpD

The nurse replied"Yes it is."My wife replied back to her"You tell Dr.Goodman,I heard everything he said. And he is arrogant and should not talk about any patient in that manner.I am going to report him to the medical profession."(And she will) He then came back and had me wave my arms up,down, back, and forth, turn my head side to side,up,and down. Then had me stick out my hands and spread my fingers, and hold my palms out while he ran this little wheel thing down the index fingers in both hands, and asked"does that feel the same on both hands"My reply was"yes".He then said "we are done here"and left the office with me standing there baffled. He did not even touch or feel my back, shoulder,or neck.In the mean time my wife was still mad as hell,at the arrogance of this jerk.He is just pond scum. That`s being nice.I have had other doctors give me evaluations on my back, neck, and shoulder. But not in such a piss poor manner. If you think of ever going to see this Orthopedic jerk, think again.Don`t waste your time with his Arrogant incompetence. He does not even deserve a 1 star vote, but I guess you have to put something in order to get the word out.

While we were sitting in the waiting room 2 patients who arrived after us were taken back to exam rooms. When I enquired why, the receptionist said it was because they didn't need X-rays. Well, Dr Goodman saw them and then sent them for x-rays, so now we were waiting for then to be seen before us. After waiting for 30 mins I asked again what was taking so long and was told that the machinery had gone offline for 5 mins, holding everything up. The nurses then took another 2 patients back to exam rooms. I then overheard a conversation between the X-ray tech and the nurses about how all the exam rooms were full so the patient in the xray room would have to wait there until a room was free. A nurse then explained to Dr Goodman that I was concerned about how long this was taking, he said in a loud obnoxious voice, that carried through the entire facility that if we couldn't be bothered to wait then we could just rebook and to make sure that we didn't get an appointment for another 2 weeks as he couldn't stand people who complained. I let the receptionist know that I overheard the doctor and I felt it was rude and insufferable as our delay had been mostly due to their incompetence in managing the patient flow, we had not been seen 45 mins after our appointment time. We left and we will not be back. My son got his xray the same day, somewhere else, where he was treated with the same courtesy as every other patient. Dr Brennan used to run this practice until he retired. He was wonderful and always had a smile on his face. Such a pity that his legacy is being tarnished.

Joe, the owner, is almost always around and the trainers he hires are knowledgable, supportive, and friendly. I started weight lifting at home with some dumbbells during the pandemic and was a little nervous about joining a 'real' gym but I didn't need to be - I really appreciated how welcoming everyone was and how it really feels like a community, even when you're brand new. I also worked with one of the trainers, Theresa, specifically on nutrition. She rocks as well!

After giving birth to burrito last year Phil and I rediscovered our love for food on the Northshore. We realized we were eating out almost every day and decided to capitalize on it by documenting our meals and experiences. The more restaurants we visited and reviewed, the more we wanted to share with our friends and family. This quickly became part of our routine. After doing this for several months, I realized this was supper counterproductive to losing the baby weight and overall health. I started going for 30min walks every day, and when that became super boring, I signed up for planet fitness, and when that didn't yield any results, I started taking yoga classes sporadically. I wasn't able to keep up with any of these for one reason or another, so I decided to move on to something new. As our blog grew and the length of time I spent on Instagram increased, I started to notice this gym pop up on friends' pages or in my feed sometimes in other friends' stories. White wolf seemed to be sending me subliminal messages. I spent weeks creeping and basically stalking their content before I finally decided to DM Joe, the owner. He invited me in to do a 2-week, and the rest is history. Phil and I are still working out some kinks in our routine, and the struggle to attend classes consistently is still there. But there's nothing like taking one of Joe's classes. This gym is the embodiment of Cross training. And Joe always keeps it interesting. I have yet to be bored or come out of a class feeling like I wish I never came. What does happen is your motivation is ignited. I'm continually hearing other members talk about how much stronger they are since coming here or sharing words of encouragement to stick with it and be consistent results will occur. When something in your life is changing you for the better, I feel like you have to share it!
