After a deeper dive into reviews and past customer comments on the top 3 moving companies I settled on, I opted for Level15 Moving. I wanted to go direct with a company and NOT through a third party. I reached out to Daniel (owner) and even though he was busy on a job, he took the time to text me back. We exchanged texts talking about the locations and the amount of items I needed moved. I was extremely satisfied with his quick responses and by the next day, I have an official detailed quote which had been emailed to me. After reviewing, I agreed to the quote and my move date was set. Fast forward to the move date. I had two Level15 movers show up at my residence on time. They texted prior to their arrival letting me know exactly what time they would be arriving. And that time was spot on! I met Ryan first and Nate arrived shortly thereafter. Both were extremely professional. We conducted a walk through of my residence and once the scope of their work was identified, they got to packing up my personal belongings. I needed someone to haul all of the heavy items for me as I was moving much of the small stuff. Ryan and Nate were amazing! Both worked very hard and they made short work of loading much of my furniture and heavy items onto their truck. They did so while remaining engaged with me and if there were any questions, they were quick to ask. They took care in making sure my personal items were safely moved and loaded onto their truck. I watched every step and they truly worked hard while working in 105+ heat! Once the truck was loaded, Ryan and Nate met me at my new residence and the unload began. They reassembled anything that they needed to take apart and offered to help me move all of my furniture into the spots I had planned for them. They took equal care of my personal items unloading and reassembling furniture and others items. They made sure they did not bump any trim, walls, or doorways and they took extra care packing and unpacking. In conclusion, I've been involved with several moving companies over the years due to my profession. This is by far, the best move of all of them. I highly recommend this company for any move you have, big or small. Their price was spot on and the communication was beyond amazing. I can't thank Daniel, Ryan, and Nate, enough for such a great job. I will most certainly be using them again and I will be recommending them to coworkers, friends, and family as well. And they do more than just instate moves here in Nevada. My move came in cheaper than quoted as they were able to finish the job much quicker and not all quoted items were needed. Many movers would have just stuck to their original quote but Level15 only charged me for the work, transportation, and actual materials used. Even if another company might be a bit cheaper, I would do yourself a favor and just hire Level15 for the job. You won't be disappointed. I wasn't.

Maybe I'm just super unlucky these days…read more I had scheduled about 3 weeks prior to the scheduled move we wanted and they confirmed a week after my initial request (after reaching out several times) that everything was good to go. I reached out 2 days prior to our scheduled move to confirm that everything was still good on their end and they said they were no longer able to accommodate the originally scheduled move date due to truck issues -- understandable but only getting notice 2 days before our move was stressful -- and I had to reach out to confirm. We had already scheduled time off from work, packed, scheduled other vendors based on the original move date with Vegas-Moving. Ah-ha! They were able to accommodate us on our original scheduled date. Great! But wait... the night BEFORE the scheduled move (around 8pm?), the business calls me and tells me, again, they were not able to do our original date AGAIN and had to postpone the next day but he'll be able to give us 10% off... ok... At this point my husband and I had no choice but since we were worried we wouldn't be able to find another mover at such a last minute notice. Imagine the stress we were feeling. We had already stored our food in coolers and turned off our refrigerators, prepping for move. So you can imagine the waste we had to go through because of this additional day delay. Day of, they were all nice folks. Straight to work. And then.. time. It took a long long time. About 11 hours of work to move our 5 bedroom home to the new home. We had already packed all of our belongings and what was left was all the big bulk furniture that had to be put into their truck. They spent most of their time WRAPPING every single piece of furniture with blankets and shrink wrap. Every. Single. Piece. On top of that, if I ever needed to get in touch with the owner, all of a sudden their phone line wasn't working. There was NO WAY to get in touch with the movers during the way. The line that was originally provided to make calls/schedules/etc., all of a sudden, didn't work -- so it was hard to get a hold of the team when they were 'on their way' to the new home. Turns out they took a lunch break, which is fine! but I didn't know. It would have been nice to be notified. Anyways... it was already hour 11 and my husband and I had another event to attend at 8PM. They started at 9:15AM. We didn't' expect this to take all day (we've moved before using other companies..) We had to have my brother in law come over and actually watch our house and the movers finally complete the move. A couple of days later, I noticed deep scratches on our fridge freezer handle. I contacted them on Aug 10 and they responded in a timely manner (Aug 12) and said they were going to replace the handle for us. Great! Happy to hear. Crickets. I contacted them again on Aug 13, then again on Aug 28, and again Sept 1. Not a peep to fix the damage they caused on my fridge handle. So I guess I'm left with damage to my fridge. Anyways, I would probably not go with them again. I thought I can trust reading all the reviews here saying they are fast and efficient but I had the opposite experience. Also not very reliable with their communication and unreliable on following a booking. I will pass for next time and hire elsewhere.

I have moved items from the West Coast to East Coast and back several times over the years. It is not easy moving a lot of items over a long distance without paying an arm and a leg or losing/breaking things. Zippy Shell gave me confidence that my belongings would arrive without issue (and it did). I initially signed a contract with a full, comprehensive moving service, but after hours wasted on multiple phone calls/no-shows, I ended up cancelling the service due to lack of reliability and trustworthiness from their staff. In contrast, the Zippy Shell agent on the phone worked to make the service perfect for what were important to me: budget and reliability. I wish I could remember the name of the first person that helped me at Zippy Shell in the Customer Care team. He was fantastic and gave me the confidence to go sign the agreement that day even though it was not the cheapest quote I had received. There are always little hiccups (e.g. the Zippy Shell and Pack Rat systems don't seem to play nice), but Zippy Shell has been fantastic overall! He assured us we would be able to submit a claim and it would be taken care of. The claim was ultimately denied and they said it's because we can't prove the TV wasn't like that prior to the move.
