Had a scheduled move for October 8 ( $250 deposit) 1 1/2 hours after they were to be there called to tell me couldn't make it. Soonest they could move my things was October 11. 1 1/2 hours late. They broke my front porch light with the mattress. Took part of the light promising to fix it with a new part . One week went by no calls I tried to call them no answer. Day later they responded with "working on matching it up" another week no answer again. They are no help in resolving the matter or taking any responsibility. They stole an engagement ring that meant the world to my family. In response they've simply advised filing a police report, which has been done and the moving company has been uncooperative in assisting with anything beyond their "advice". We found the entire process working with Supersonic Movers to be easy. Hector and Bryan were easy-to-reach via Yelp messaging or phone. They were transparent on the cost of moving and we felt fairly priced. We went with them over other companies we found on Yelp due to their communication, pricing, and responsiveness. We had a multi-stop move which included clearing out our 5 x 10 foot storage unit in North Las Vegas, stopping by my mom's house in the NW, and unloading in Summerlin. We also had a baby grand piano that needed to be moved. Aldo, Jett, and Luis were polite, efficient, and professional. As told while scheduling the move, the movers called us 30 minutes prior to arrival. They worked with a great attitude--never complaining or letting on if the move was too much work or too hard (mind you--they moved the baby grand piano up to the second floor of our house and all our furniture to either the second or third floor). Our move went a little over the estimated time but that was by no fault of the company or workers. They were constantly working. I get how reading some reviews can leave a bad or suspicious opinion of a business but our experience was great. **NOT RECOMMENDED - Avoid movers John and CJ! - Do not trust Hector!* Long story short: The two movers (John and CJ) lied, scammed, bullied, exploited, embarrassed and harassed me for 4 hours for what should have been a 1 hour move and managed to force me into paying an additional $200 for made up charges by stating they would LEAVE MY FURNITURE downstairs if I didn't pay it Read on for the full description. I needed this company to help me move from one apartment, to another that was less than a mile away up in Boulder City. The agreed upon price was determined by Hector over the phone. When the two movers showed up, the first thing they did after evaluating how many items I had, was to take a smoke break by their truck for 20 minutes. During what should have been a 1-2 hour move, they took about 5 "breaks", and the move ended up taking 4 hours. This pair was named John and CJ. (Though it may have been JC, I couldn't remember.) When they returned, John showed me a video on his phone of an irate female customer he recorded who had bedbugs. He recorded her because when they said they couldn't move her items, she freaked out - he thought her freak out was funny and wanted to share it with me. Already I felt uncomfortable. Later I understood this was his way of saying that no matter what, the customer is always wrong with these movers. John was in charge here and let me know that due to the distance of walking from my apartment to their truck (a few feet), they will need to charge me an additional walking distance charge of $100. I asked if it's ok if that's part of the tip, because it's way out of my budget and he got very upset. After his buddy heard that I can't afford to go that much over budget, the two of them realized that the max tip they will get from me is $100. They did not like this one bit. CJ said to me that if I couldn't afford movers, I shouldn't have hired them. He kept bullying and guilting me every chance he had, even pointing out that I hired on Mother's Day and he expected a decent tip for that. This was upsetting beyond words for me because I was told by Hector that the price would be $300 - so I had $400 ready thinking they would get a nice tip, assuming that I was going above and beyond for them when I barely had any items to move. I was wrong. Once they loaded one truck (which took 2 hours for very few items) John asked me how much money I can give him today. He said that it's looking like a way bigger job and they may have to leave my furniture downstairs if I can't afford more. So I said I have $500, but that's it and that includes money for my diabetes supplies. So after getting this information, John calls his manager and LIES in front of my face to the manager stating I only have $300! This was a downright lie, but it was John's way of getting a big tip for him and CJ. After getting off the phone he said he'll continue if I give him $500 in cash now. Which I did, reluctantly, however it was that or have my furniture left at the bottom of my stairs. I am very skinny, so it was obvious I couldn't do this myself. I felt like this was some form of trapping me. The entire time the guys were moving stuff to the new apartment, they were saying things like "If you can't afford movers, you shouldn't have moved" or, "I can't believe you got me out here on Mother's Day and you can't even pay us right!" in front of my new neighbors! This was an incredibly painful experience and when I attempted to report the problem in May of 2023 when this happened, the company stated they would get back to me and never did. I would recommend steering very clear of this company as they WILL bully you and scam you. These are people who put money first and showed no care for my items, and even less care for the customer. I was on the verge of tears that entire time, while these two men were basically holding me by my ankles to milk every last penny they could from me. read more

This is a reliable moving company you can definitely trust, I scheduled the move 2 days ago and they were able to get me in for the move today (Saturday). The two movers I had (Darrell and Todd) were great and efficient, they were ahead of the schedule and didn't slow down to chill. They were able to get the job done in two hours and didn't complain when my apartment had a power outage and it's 110 degree outside. This was close to being a 5-star review, because ultimately they did a good job of moving 99% our stuff, and I liked 2 out of the 3 guys. But there was a problem at the end with them damaging our house and a piece of furniture, and I was appalled at how they handled it, and ultimately Hector never fixed the problem (after saying he was a "man of his word" and would fix it) and then ghosted me. I would not use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone else. Here are the details if you're curious... One of the movers damaged the wall in our literally brand new house with a dolly. He came into the house and I asked politely what we should do about it? He answered very defensively something to the effect of, "I didn't do it on purpose. It is what it is. What do you want me to do about it?" It was very strange. I told him I didn't think he did it on purpose, but they should fix the issue, it's not OK to just gouge a wall. Later I noticed there was substantial damage to our dinning room table. It has been completely scratched to the point where I was sweeping up dust with my hand into a pile and throwing it away. At the end of the job, after a long day, they asked for me signatures (to release any liability) and payment. I said I had 2 problems, the damage to the wall and the table. The foreman proceeded to get heated and tell me he didn't do it on purpose and that I had told him it was OK for the table to take that level of damage. His conduct was uncalled for and highly unprofessional. He said he couldn't leave without payment. I told him to get Hector on the phone. Hector said as per my contract I needed to sign and give payment right away, regardless of any damage. I said OK, I will pay you half now and half when you fix the damage. Sounds reasonable, no? He said that's not how it works and that I agreed to allow him to fix anything afterward. He said, "I am a man of my word. I will have my handyman come out and fix it." One thing to note here is that there is obviously a company policy to have ALL of the workers sit on the truck and intimidate you to pay. The young workers who had absolutely no purpose there at this point, had their own cars and could leave ANY TIME, were made to wait around while I settled this dispute with Hector and the foreman, which took about 20 minutes. During the conversation, I was told that they would call the cops if I didn't pay right that moment, that they were going to go back into my house and take my stuff if I didn't pay, and that they wouldn't leave my property without payment, among other highly unprofessional and ridiculous statements. (To me all of this is crazy because I had ZERO intention of not paying. But for some reason they clearly thought I was going to weasel my way out of paying. Unlike Hector, I'm actually a man of my word. I pay when I say I will - just not until you've completed the job!!) Ultimately, Hector said he would fix the problems, which to me were smaller than making a bigger problem with these people, so I caved and paid. I voiced my discontent with the way Hector does business, to him on text, with making his employees wait around and sit on the back on the truck to clearly intimidate people into paying (which really seemed like subcontractors, considering they showed up with a Uhaul truck!). He had no response to that. I gave his workers a tip via credit card. I have no confidence that it ever reached those workers, so that was a mistake. He did have his handyman reach out to me the next day. We made an appointment for 10am the next day to fix the issues. I contacted him the next day to see if he was still coming at 10. He said he was on another job and would come later. He never came, and never responded to any further texts. I texted Hector that his handyman stood me up, and he never responded to my text either. So there you go. Damaged my table and my wall, acted reprehensibly, intimidated me into paying, said he was a man of his word and would fix the problem, Handyman stood me up for my appointment, and then he ghosted me. All I can say is, use these guys at your own peril. read more

The four movers who came to move me and my family from a three story townhouse, three bedroom, two and a half bath, two car garage in Henderson to a two story, three bedroom, three bath, two car garage were absolutely wonderful. They didn't flinch when they did the walk thru and saw everything we had. Also they came on short notice, my son booked them the night before with a $100 holding deposit that comes off the balance at the end. They gave my husband a military discount as well of 5%. The movers spent nine hours with us. They worked hard. There was a lot of lifting involved and two flights of steep stairs. They moved a washer and dryer from the third floor, a range from the second floor and two refrigerators from the garage plus two Queen beds and two twin beds. They moved a lot of heavy furniture. They disassembled the furniture and they reassembled at the new house. They moved a lot of boxes and a heavy, large air hockey table, a mini foosball coffee table, two curios and a large heavy China hutch. They were professional, friendly and positive. My husband spent twenty years in the Navy and since he retired, we've moved eight times-none of the previous movers compare to these guys. I recommend this company. None of my belongings were damaged. They wrapped everything carefully and they took really good care of us and our possessions. I would use them again. I will only book this moving company in the future. They're the best at what they do and if I could give them ten stars If I could. read more

I really hate to write a review like this but this was the most money I have ever paid for a move and it has been the worst (and most expensive) post move experience. I booked my move for 7:00 a.m. on 8/3. I got a text at 7:21 that they were an hour away. The moving crew arrived at 8:15, which didn't make a huge difference to me but I did feel for the movers since I booked an earlier time to keep them out of the heat. Things started off well. I worked while they took precautions to protect my house. About an hour in, I heard a loud crash. One of the movers came down because the glass part of my ceiling fan had been busted. I was a little irritated but did not make a big deal out of it. Sometimes accidents happen. Later, when they left, I was kind of upset to find that they didn't even clean up the glass on the carpet. Additionally, items that I specifically asked them to bring were left behind causing me to make additional trips. Boxes were placed in rooms that they clearly did not belong in and some were simply left in my garage. The first night that I slept in my bed, it was very wobbly. I had my friend come over a couple days later and he checked the bed for me and discovered that it was not properly assembled. This would not necessarily be a big deal but the way that they had assembled the bed caused some of the components to become damaged as the bed was slept in without being properly assembled. Finally, tonight, with most of the house unpacked, I sat down and turned my television on for the first time and it was destroyed during the move. I am at a complete loss. All in all, I was pretty shocked at the expense (almost $1150 including tip to move a 3 bedroom house) but my new home is a split level so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, the cost of using this company has doubled in damaged property and just additional work that had to be done. I would not recommend. Last time I used Two Men and a Truck. It was much less expensive and nothing was damaged. ***Update 8/15/2021: Upon viewing my review, the company reached out to offer what amounts to $50 (.60 per lbs for the total weight of the item) for the television they destroyed. I didn't expect anything for the tv, but I had noticed that it appeared they did not credit my $100 deposit to my move and I asked for assistance with that. I was told that the crew was at my home for 5.5 hours when I have demonstrable proof they were there 5.25 (they bill in 15 min increments and I have a time stamped text and a time stamped email which clearly delineate the start of 8:15 and stop time of before 1:30). After trying gaslight me over the start and stop time, the person who reached out finally admitted I was charged $840.00 (5.25 x $160 = $840.00. She then went on to explain I was charged an additional hour for drive time. Again, I explained that the 5.25 hours included the drive time. Finally, it was disclosed that I paid an additional hour for the movers to drive from their homes to my home and from my home back to their homes. Again, never would have even looked at this bill had the service not been so poor. Now I come to find out that I actually paid for 6.25 hours of work when only 5.25 hours were provided. The 5.25 hours of "service" that was provided has costed me additional $800.00 in expenses for replacing the tv, the light fixture, and some components for my bed. Initially, I felt horrible writing this review but I'm honestly glad I did. Beware of this company. The team lead mover quit halfway through a 2 bedroom move as they were too tired without notifying us, just went and sat on the bench. (have photographic evidence) 3. Team lead left in the middle of the move to take a ten minute crap in our bathroom to leave us with skid marks to clean and charges US for that time. 4. Team lead did such a poor job packing a two bedroom into a semi truck that can fit up to a 4 bedroom (mind you) that he instructed his team to bring our belongings back into the house, and never notified us. 5. They gave up and left 33% of our things in the home. 6. They did not work as a team and often times left one man to do it all. They also scuffed and scratched the couches, mirrors and heavy items as they did not pull down the ramp to wheel up items but rather dragged in on the back of the truck. 7. Once they started taking things back, we had to force them to make room in the truck for our things. When we unloaded the truck we noticed the whole front section of the truck was empty. WOW! And he couldn't get our things in fully? This is a move company, what is going on here? 8. The job was not completed fully. ****MGMT is NOT reachable during the weekend.**** Also mgmt, they left the truck running the entire 90 minutes we moved into the truck, please be aware they are running up the gas bill. The workers were beyond lazy minus one gentlemen who gave it his all. I had to work alongside the movers as they were so lackluster and it would of taken an additional hour with their slow speed. From the moment they called to tell me they were not their way, my stress about the move began to dissipate. The team is amazing. They were also trying to charge an additional $500 for covering up an job they messed up themselves. We also had to go out of way and get them on schedule to come back and finish their job. This process was very easy and the best move I've ever experienced. I found this company on google and I used them because they also take down your tv's and mounts. I feel like the pricing was fair for the service they offer. Excellent communication throughout the process, I think Brian is the person I spoke to get a quote. Very responsive and easy to work with. The crew was there at the beginning of the two hour window they quote you. Fast efficient-I moved from one side of town to another and also put some things on the storage and they did everything in like 3 hours! They handled my furniture and personal items with care and asked a lot questions to ensure certain things were going in the right place. Daryl, Jett, Aldo, and Luis were a super crew! Daryl coordinated everything and Luis handled my tv dismounting and packing with extreme care.
