If I did not help, it would have taken 6 hours to load the truck. When I called to ask where was the 3rd guy they said they were trying to find another person. When I called to let them know I was not pleased, they said they also had other jobs. You can tell they do not have many workers and are spread too thin. The furniture was wrapped at that point. when they unloaded there was BLACK streaks all over my couches. my big couch was broken in the center. there is black dust all over the couches. They broke four bookshelves. several pieces of glass cause there is glass all throughout as I unloaded. The topper is while they were in my home and used the restroom one of them left a middle finger on my bathroom wall in the black dust. But no- since they started on small stuff so they left me on my own with several heavy items I could not lift on my own. They also ruin our floors and packed our leather couch without wrap. This is what I've seen so far: Missing items (I want these back): * 1 brown wicker cabinet w/4 drawers (2 on top, 20-1/2" W x 29-1/2 H x 16" D) (see attached which is similar). * 2 big boxes of books/miscellaneous.
