Do NOT use Moving Proz. They did $3000K worth of damage and after several weeks I have not had any response from the claims person, despite the fact that I paid for extra insurance coverage for any damages incurred during my move. No one at Moving Proz was responsive on updating me on the status of my claim, it's clear I am not getting my money back. On the day of my move, they understaffed the team (i was to have 4 ppl instead got 3) and my master bed ($3500 in value was installed incorrectly and fell apart - it's completely ruined). They outsourced my claim to another company called CSI moving claims, which has terrible reviews and a reputation for denying claims 95% of the time or giving you $20 for $1100 worth of damages. They are typically used by fringe and questionable moving companies that want zero liability for a bad job. Do NOT use Moving Proz. Spend the extra money to get a more reliable and responsible moving crew. read more

I am a bit late in writing this review as I was moved at the end of July 2023. There were a couple of delays due to weather but I was kept up to date and rescheduled at the earliest possible time, within 1-2 days. They arrived on time, were very pleasant and efficient, professional/friendly. Once I reviewed what needed to be done, they verbalized understanding and allowed me to leave. Prior to leaving I provided information about a tense situation with a female owner and pleaded with them not to leave my things if she showed up. Upon their arrival at my new home, they were so pleasant, never missing a beat as they delivered my things with care to the appropriate areas. They also shared their experience with this woman from the old address including how she stormed their vehicle demanding to know where I had relocated and threatening to call the police on them. They apparently laughed it off while ignoring her and carrying on. I cannot thank these two young men enough for what they did. I strongly recommend this vendor with confidence for every right reason. Pricing, communication, handling of property. If you want the best....call Moving Pros!! read more

*Edit* Got a phone call from the owner, Cole. He let me know a previous employee, that is no longer working there, must have been who I spoke with. It seems as though that's why my claim got lost in the shuffle. He immediately made it right and offered to refund me for the lost time. He made it right and that's all I was wanting. 5/5 stars Would give 4 or 5 stars for the workers/end product, but I was overcharged and keep getting put off to be refunded. I needed a last minute crew, so they only had a 3-man crew available. Understandable, considering when I reached out. I was quoted and signed off for the amount given, only to be called several weeks later saying I was misquoted. During the move, the crew picked up my belongings and said they needed to stop to eat dinner, as they hadn't eaten all day - no problem. They said I wouldn't be charged for it and it was a hot summer day. It took them only about 45-50 minutes extra to get to our destination. After the updated bill, I noticed I was charged for the 45 minutes they were eating. I called to let them know and also said that I hadn't realized I was missing a painting from the move (my mistake, just hoping to get it back). I was told the "main boss" was out, but they took down my contact information to get back with me. I have tried to leave a couple more voicemails explaining the situation and that I was waiting to hear back. I have not received any return phone calls or refunds. With the 3-man crew costing roughly $150/hour, 45 minutes is a substantial amount to be charged for their break. The movers worked their tails off, the communication before and during the move was more than adequate, but the fact that they won't return my calls for a clear overcharge and I'm still missing a painting gives them the rating. My assumption is that they hoped I would forget about it, because they've clearly forgotten about me. read more

Edit: After leaving a poor review, the owner reached out to me to rectify the situation. I wish it wouldn't have taken that long to get to the bottom of why I wasn't receiving confirmation emails, however I do appreciate that I finally received communication. I think my experience was not the norm and I hope future customers don't have to go through the same stress. This rating would be 5 stars if it wasn't for the very poor customer service and communication I experienced from Moving Pros. When I booked our moving date, the owner stated they would be reaching out to me during the week prior to moving day to confirm a start time window. Come the afternoon the day before I had not heard a word from the company. I called every hour (starting well within business hours) into the evening with no response. No email response either. I called again multiple times in the morning... no response! Obviously, I was freaking out and assumed no one would be coming to move us. However, our movers showed up surprisingly in the morning and we were able to proceed with our move. They claimed we had been booked for this window for days. The owner finally contacted me via email in the middle of our move and apologized for the "stress and miscommunication" but stated I was sent a confirmation email earlier in the week. I have scoured my email looking for this confirmation and it's not there. I have asked the owner to forward me the email so that I can confirm it was my mistake and no response. All that being said, our movers, Jacob and Brian, were wonderful! They worked quickly, acted fairly, and made sure the job was done right. For example, they made sure to knock 15 minutes off their time when they stopped for drinks/to use the bathroom. They also made sure all our boxes and furniture were where we wanted them before they left. I have used other companies and these guys were above average for sure. Despite the major lack of communication, I am so thankful they showed up on moving day and did the job well! Very, very impressed with the guys at Moving Pros. We had the pleasure of having Jesse and Aaron assist us in moving from our 2 bedroom apartment into a new home. These men were courteous, hard working, fast and solution oriented throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond, helping us disassemble and then reassemble a large desk that wouldn't fit thru a door way. Great guys. Yesterday and today, I worked with Cody, Yandri and Jordan from Moving Pros KC as we moved supplies and shelving from Rolla, MO to a storage unit in Lee's Summit, MO. They did an amazing job and handled the job with professionalism and courtesy. I had very specific instructions for them to keep like items together. All shelving needed to be moved and reset into a storage unit,and items needed to be placed in specific areas of the unit. They also assembled a filing cabinet for us. Our move finally happened - and despite all of our hard work before and after Moving Pros did their thing, it was a MONSTER of a job! These guys are great. Cole is very professional, and he sent out some very experienced and efficient movers. The items I was concerned about (antiques) were treated with great care - but what struck me most was that everything was handled like it was just as important. I spent more than what they originally quoted, which was surprising because I had moved both of our beds myself. And we had moved all of the small stuff prior to them showing up. But even I had no idea how quickly the truck would be filled. We just have WAY too much stuff. In other words, it might be time to purge. A few more details... These guys navigated large items through small openings. They had to take some of it apart and put it back together in order to do this. They kept checking in to make sure that they were doing an exceptional job. Bottom line - this was the best moving experience I have ever had. I highly recommend them to anyone! read more

From my first contact with Brent I had a good 'gut' feeling. He was thorough in explaining the details, accommodating with my requests and answered all my questions, ending our conversation with "our movers will do whatever you need them to do". On the day of my move I emailed him with another question/request (moving is stressful)....Cole responded to my email right away. Their customer service is a rare commodity these days. Their communication helped ease my worry (moving is worrisome). He kept me informed about when my team of movers would arrive. Our Superhero movers, Brian and Dale, called us and gave us a 45 minute window of their arrival. Before beginning the project, Brian took visual inventory of the job, he reiterated the plan that Brent had previously explained....again great communication! We were not Brian and Dale's first move of the day but we certainly felt like it. They were speedy but not reckless. They were respectful, professional and accommodating. We needed an unexpected extra stop to our new location and that was executed seamlessly and timely. They were efficient, pleasant and made a great team. The guys from Moving Pros were awesome. We scheduled our move a couple of weeks in advance. They were very professional and prompt. I ended up having to work the day of the move so they worked with my wife and son on what and where to move everything. No problems at all. Unfortunately the day of the move was snowy and between 10-15 degrees. There were no complaints from the guys, they just jumped in and moved our four bedroom, two story house in no time. Great guys! I've had this review pending in my inbox for a while (I want to throw up publishing it), simply out of fear that the company/movers knows where I live. But, after arming myself with the security systems and precautions necessary, it's time. I unfortunately wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, no matter how small or big the job; and please read the review all the way through, and proceed with caution before you make any assumptions on this situation. Not only did the move take over twice as long as I was quoted, the unprofessionalism made me feel so uncomfortable I had to leave my own space (live and learn, keep reading). I had two guys come "help" me move my very (already all packed, up in the living room), small 2 bedroom ground floor apartment. After 3 hours my roommate actually started helping carry things. First impression upon opening the door wasn't great, you could smell the weed coming off of them-fine, the price is cheap, what did I expect (I was naive)? After guy B went to the bathroom at least 5 times (we actually started to count) it just became excessive and obnoxious. They moved: one bed, one dresser, one (small) buffet, couch, coffee table, 3 side tables, one IKEA shelf, two small bookshelves, some random light odds and ends, a wire shelf, 20 medium boxes and 5 large boxes. The loading of it on the truck took over three hours, with everything already packed. After the loading of the truck the men took a ONE HOUR lunch break (I was young and dumb, and didn't want to be rude/deprive them, since they were doing a service for me, again live and learn) they came back, higher than before and very irritated. At this point something didn't feel right so we actually had my mom come over and sit with us as they were unloading into our new place. As they were unloading the truck guy A came up to me and told me "you need to ask guy B why it's taking so long" with this being my first move with movers I sincerely and naively didn't think anything of it. Guy B at this point STORMS into my home, and beings to yell at me about how he's the lead mover and has to stay on the truck to do something, I honestly don't remember what exactly was said. I was so shocked someone would ever verbally attack me with such hatred in my own home, especially when I'm paying them for a service. At this point I excused myself for the remainder of the move and allowed my roommate and my mom to oversee the rest of the move. About an hour after the movers had left, the owner called me and informed me that guy A let him know after leaving the job guy B had stollen some things from the apartment. I was to let him know over the weekend what was taken, and he would reimburse me for the missing items along with the $500 move (reimbursement for missing items was never received and he stated "we good, I paid for your move") . After an emotional and abrupt unpacking I noticed not only handbags, jewelry, watches, shoes, but prescriptions pills, and a book of checks to be missing in an amount that involved the district attorney (essentially anything shiny/with a label was taken). The owner wasn't willing to return any calls or texts until after I involved the Police Department. Which if moving wasn't stressful enough, a police investigation/feeling personally invaded just really hits you while you are down. Obviously the company has amazing reviews, thats why I hired them, and in full transparency I wouldn't have probably noticed half the things missing, but the heart-wrenching phone call from the owner forced me to inventory my life and possessions. I know this review will get a comment(s) from the owner, most of my pleas for my stollen priceless/meaningful gifts have resulted in severe backlash on my social media from the company. But, I cannot sit silent and allow something like this to happen to another stressed out, unaware/naive girl. Before you message me mean comments (which I know is inevitable) please know I have the police reports, all the screenshots of all communication with the company/owner, empty dust bags, empty watch/jewelry boxes, empty pill bottles, single shoes, etc. Yes, as I stated above, the owner did not charge me for the full day $500 move and I was told both men that moved me were fired on the spot. That's merely a drop in the bucket for not only the things missing, but the safety and security that I lost by having been robbed at 10 am in my own home. I learned a lot about how to inventory my processions for the future. My only warning, if you chose to use this company or any other in the future: have a good system, unfortunately keep your eyes on the people moving your lifelong collected processions, and have special tape that they cant replicate by re-taping the boxes. I also need to add, the company does not need to contact me via comment or message to edit or alter this review/situation in any way. If anything needs to be addressed or communicated, you can contact the attorney on this case. read more

Brandon Herrera, Jordan Kelley, and Jordan Bass were courteous, respectful and so helpful throughout the move. Best team I could ask for! They were on time, correct on the amount of time estimated and delivery. They dealt with the ice and snow like champs while still keeping my furniture and stuff safe! I needed loaders at the last minute, and these guys came through... I called multiple companies and nobody was available and Cole made it work. The crew was amazing. Great packers, great loaders, stayed WAY beyond the time that they were expected to stay, and were extremely helpful. Super nice and informative. Big kudos and props to Kevin and Justin were fantastic. I would hire them again for any job. Kevin was one of the best customer service employees I've ever worked with on anything. Moving Pros did an adequate job of moving me out of my 3 bedroom home. They were mostly professional but for one of the movers repeatedly making it pretty clear he did not want to move our stuff up the stairs in the other location. They broke a(n admittedly cheap piece of crap) book case and, despite the boxes being clearly labeled, did not put several boxes in the room they were supposed to be taken to. All of which, honestly, is pretty standard in my experience with moving companies but a far cry from the glowing 5 star reviews I've seen on here.Their policy of only accepting checks if the move is more than $500 is annoying. Less annoying was the fact that my move was less than $500 and slightly less than the amount quoted. I considered giving them a bonus star for not being a bunch of crooks but I think that is setting the bar too low for a 4 star review. If I could award 3.5 stars, I probably would. Moving sucks. Moving Pros won't make your day worse. EDIT: I've been meaning to edit this for a while. Cole reached out to me to apologize and request additional information on my move. He also offered to pay for the bookcase that was broken. It is unfortunate that the move wasn't perfect but not only is Moving Pros not a bunch of crooks, they worked hard to make things right when something went wrong. I now think I had a 4-4.5 star experience and I've increased my rating to reflect that. read more

This was our 5th move in our almost 8 years of marriage and we finally decided to hire movers, boy are we glad we did! Completely worth your money peeps! Jason K and Justin B showed up to move our things and they were very professional yet very friendly. They moved our heavy stuff down our stairs in our townhouse like it was nothing. They moved our things from Blue Springs to Belton and everything was loaded and unloaded in less than 4 hours! I can't say enough how good this company was! If you're looking to move, look no further than this. Went over and beyond what was expected of them. They picked my mattress up and I forgotten I had placed some cash under it. A lot of people could have taken it or part of it. They stopped what they were doing, came and got me and asked for me to go get it before going back to moving the bed. I was completely impressed with their honestly. This company is a broker. They lied to us and said that they had their own movers and that everything would be handled through them. We had to pay them and then we had to pay a third party when they came to pack up the household items. We also removed more than half of the items and still ended up having to pay more than the original estimated price. At that point, we didn't have a choice because we didn't have time to make other arrangements. They know this and this is how they screw you over. The movers they contract with were horrible and customer service would scream at my husband every time he tried to call to fix problems that they created. They also only had one guy driving and when the truck got here there was noone else to unload the items ;so we had to help the guy do it! Tito's Services was the contracted moving company and they hire out the unloading to random day laborers in whatever area they are unloading at. So those random people are not insured or bonded and it doesn't matter if they break your stuff because neither Tito's nor Moving Pros US will pay for it. Please avoid this company at all costs. It is not worth the hassle. They will quote you a low price and assure you that everything goes through them and that they are insured and bonded and all the guys that do the moving are with them but these are all lies! You will end up paying more to the contracted people and your items will not be safe or insured! read more

The two men who moved me paid special attention to my personal belongings and made sure things arrived in good condition. Move #1 We used Moving pros twice, first was to move all of our belongings from our 4,200 sq ft three story home in Westminster co to three storage units until we found a new home in Washington state. They arrived on time and all three of the guys were professional and extremely polite. I knew right away I had hired the right company for this move. Warren was amazing as was the other guys. They listened to all of my concerns about the antique furniture and reassured me they would take extra care moving them. They worked quickly but carefully. There was no problem about staying longer to get everything moved. They all had a great sense of humor but always polite. Couldn't be happier Warren said that when we were ready to move he would love to move us, I wasn't aware they did out of state moves..So they were one of the companies we called. Move #2 We were so happy with using the Moving Pros the first time we knew we wanted them to make the big move for us from Colorado to Washington State. I contacted Sean at Moving Pros and got an estimate for the move as I did with other companies, one bid came in a bit lower and others twice as much, but knowing how good these guys were with the first move and knowing I could have Warren as the lead for this big move, I didn't want anyone else to do it. i had antiques from my parents, a grand Piano, crystal, china and a whole house full of memories ( including a piece of wall molding that had all of my children's height measurements marked on it since they were little). We thought all of our belongings would fit into one truck but not quite, a smaller 2nd truck was needed. Sean took care of renting it and only charged us for the one way rental and fuel, which meant instead of having one truck two drivers Warren and Mike each had a truck. Again another long load day later they guys left that afternoon and headed to Seattle WA. They had Whiteout conditions and black ice in some areas of the drive and two Ferry rides They got here two days later. Everything arrived in excellent condition. I had forgotten about the piece of molding from my children but Warren remembered it was tucked in behind the rolling door at the storage unit and made sure it arrived in WA safely, he remembered how special it was to me and made sure I knew it was here. Once they pulled up to our new home Mike and Warren immediately started unloading. My husband was home but I was still flying back from Co. When I got home that afternoon furniture was already in the right rooms and boxes sorted in put in the proper rooms for unpacking later. They knew what was important to have inside (everyday kitchen boxes and clothes and what should stay in the garage). With help from a couple of friends here then grand piano was put together and place in its new location, as well as the antique buffets. Warren and Mike you both have a home here in WA. I can't say enough about how pleased we are about making this difficult move, It wasn't easy but I never worried about any part of this move knowing these two were taking care of it. Don't ever hesitate hiring this company and ask for Warren and Mike best guys ever. read more
