What a great company!!! I talked to Rick a couple of weeks before we were going to move. Our packing day was on the 21st of December...yup moving over Christmas, Rick did everything he could to accommodate our schedule, he was kind and professional!! He told me he would contact me the day before and HE DID!! He sent 2 guys to help my husband load the heavy furniture it was only 6 pieces but they did it fast and most importantly carefully, they looked after our stuff as if it was theirs. We moved recently from Prescott to Scottsdale. The owner Rick Jenson and his son were remarkable. The move was smooth and on time. The price was very reasonable and worth every penny. Ricks son who did the move with several of his co-workers were thoughtful, courteous and most of all knew how to move furniture, rap, stack etc.etc and took care and pride with the furniture. What a fantastic experience we had with Moving On! Brendan and Jason were awesome. They showed up on time and worked for a solid 2 hours. They loaded our entire 10x20 storage unit into a moving truck without any trouble (even a 100 year old upright piano). We have moved a lot and have NEVER loaded a truck that fast or efficiently. Not only were they quick but they also knew just how to pack the truck so we had room to spare. Colette in the office was a great communicator. I can't say enough good things about how pleased my wife and I are with the high level of service we received from MovingOn. They worked hard and fast but they were careful too. They used plenty of moving blankets and plastic wrap on all of our furniture. We complicated the move by having so many potted plants but they devised a plan that protected them very well. MovingOn was excellent to work with for our move. The owner is very nice and responsive. We had to move on a Sunday and have our stuff sit in the truck overnight until our house closed on Monday (had to wait for it to record to get the keys). They were extremely flexible and it all worked out even though we had to wait until 4 pm to get the keys. The movers were very clean and careful with our things. First of all, I was called the day before to verify the appointment details. Very prompt, personable, and worked as a team beautifully. My move took less than the minimum two hours so they moved the living room furniture (furnished casita) around for me, removed the arms from my desk chair, and asked if there was anything else they could do before they left.
