They must be so big now they pick and choose who they do business with. They say they never offered pre-pay discounts either. I've used their pre-pay discounts the last few years. I missed the deadline this year due to a death in the family and asked if they would honor the 6% due to the circumstances. The "manager" refused the 6% and offered half. It's not even the discount at this point, it's the principal of the thing. I would venture to say the "manager" probably never even heard of Imprelis. That's how long I go back as a customer.

The tree was leaning awkwardly between our pool and fence, so it required skill and precision. Jason and his team handled the felling expertly and brought the tree down safely without any issues. Their price was very fair, which we especially appreciated since we had just moved and needed the job done safely but as affordably as possible. We only needed the tree taken down and chose not to pay for debris removal, and they were great about placing the debris exactly where we asked so we could handle it ourselves after it is seasoned.
