Stopped in for the first time for an ombré gel X manicure and had one of the worst nail experiences in years. Off center nails, tips that are uneven, a painful manicure where drills were consistently on my skin, and the worst 'ombre' I've seen. The two nail colors were literally just pulled into one another by a nail brush? Where is the gradient that is so important to an ombré look?? To say the price was shocking was an understatement. For a salon that RIPPED my natural nails off with my old gel X set and had horrible craftsmanship I was certainly shocked at the $92 price tag and the hour and a half time frame. I would not recommend to anyone, and I will not return. read more

Do not go to the lady that works here I believe her name is Michelle. I've gone here because the prices were incredibly reasonable. However the couple times I've gone the lady has cut my finger picking at my cuticles. On 11/21/23 I came in for a pedicure, this lady picked and picked at my big toes and I've been in pain ever since, I went to a podiatrist and THEY CLIPPED OFF HALF MY TOE NAIL. doctor told me this was no a ingrown toenail. THIS WAS A DIRECT RESULT OF THEM USING UNSTERILIZED TOOLS AND SHE PICKED TOO MUCH SKIN OFF AND IT INVITED UNWANTED BACTERIA. This killed half my toenail. Just a heads up you get what you pay for.!!! I've been going here for a little over a year now regularly. Michelle and Tony are great! My nails always look so good and they hold up well between my visits. It's a nice atmosphere and relaxed. Be sure to tell Tony if you want channel changed on TV if you're not into sports though lol read more

My first time there for a pedi and I was 100% happy! Michelle was my nail tech and I not only like her work, she has a great personality! The salon was clean & orderly. I have to say I'm not completely disappointed with my manicure & gel Polish. But I'm definitely not thrilled. It was like being at a nail technician school. The owner kept coming over critiquing the girls. I had one girl who did a partial Mani then another who was more trained on applying color. It was not the greatest experience. I used to go there a few years ago & it was great. They knew what they were doing. These girls again did an ok job but that's not what I thought I was walking into. So for that I will never go back. read more

I have been going here for over a year now and I'm very happy with all my appointments here. I call for same day appointments without any issues. This salon is just minutes from my house, I used to like the salon for my mani/pedi but after i had shellac and they wanted to remove my shellac with the little sanding tool....they wrecked my natural nails. I had to grow them back out so they weren't so brittle after they removed my top layer. I told them "no" when they pulled out the tool and they told me that is how they do it...most places soak your fingers for awhile then the shellac comes off. So now I am on the hunt for another salon for my shellac addiction :) read more

admittedly I don't go out much, and getting my nails done is a rare treat. I went in yesterday for a mani/pedi prior to going out for Valentines with my husband. I wanted to look pretty and get the dry cracked skin on my hands and feet addressed. The pedicure was nice, although the cheesey massage chair was broken. The tech attempted to talk to me but was difficult to understand. When I did understand she was basically saying how wonderful she was and how I t was the best pedicure ever. It was ok, but she up-sold me with some extra massage. Meanwhile I wanted nice neutral finger nails and the dry skin addressed, Because I don't get my fingernails done often I really had no idea what she was doing and kept waiting for the massaging part etc. She insisted I get a french (another up-sale) and when I told her twice I didn't like it she just continued along. She said several times she work very fast very fast, when she asked me what time I had to leave I said by 2:10. She worked so fast I was out of there by 1:45. My last words were "I really do not like the bright white and the thickness" (she did shellac with out really asking or explaining. Had I known I never would have agreed to either) to which she replied "you go pay her" Never Again. I thought about going back and making them redo them but after reading some of the other reviews I don't want them touching my normally strong yet dry nails. read more

Love going here! Very friendly staff. I always ask for Dean because he is very meticulous about everything. I've went back two times due to me smudging a pedicure or a chipped shellac. They do it free of charge with no questions. He even redid my entire polish once because he could tell I didn't like the way the color turned out. I seriously wasn't even complaining he just said "I can tell you didn't like this color, pick a new one." Good business right there! read more

The salon is very close to my house and I use it frequently especially for my shellac nails. They do a great job. I was even told by one of the technicians that I shouldn't get shellac this particular time because of the damage it might do to one of my nails. The owner and the technicians are really nice, very friendly, and I think they always do a nice job. They also go out of their way to accommodate customers. Love this place and my nails!! The owner Lynn is fantastic and my pedicure was great! They have massage chairs to enjoy during the pedicure and they did a great job. Most important they are really attentive to cleanliness. Everything is sanitized and cleaned. I could tell they don't skimp when it comes to client safety. read more

I would not recommend going to this place. At first, I thought it was great but then when i made an appointment for my nails (a fill) and toes (pedicure). They tried to reschedule my nail appointment when I had already made my appointment a week earlier. I didn't end up going back to get them filled. The store owner is also very rude. I also paid $50 for a pedicure when my nail polish came off on one toe the very next day and it wasn't even nicely done. read more

Ving is a good nail tech but I will never go back. They do not show up for work, they leave you waiting for a ridiculous amount of time and if you have an appointment they don't care. They take people in front of you and expect you to wait. I sent my Grandmother there and she had to sit and wait for a long time and she had an appointment. They don't show up for work on time and they are very unorganized. They just don't care about their customers. read more
