Stacy does a great job at blending the color in my hair. I am always happy with how she cuts it.

Everyone is so unbelievably sweet but I do not recommend a manicure. There is literally a hair from the brush stuck in the polish. It's so messy and I just want it off. The photos attached are from the moment I stepped out of the salon and into the car. read more

I have been going here for 2&1/2 years. I absolutely adore this salon. Everyone there is so friendly and inviting. The moment you walk in you're greated with smiling faces and charming demeanors,you can tell they love their job. They'll offer you coffee,water or tea while you wait. They'll give you a tour if you've never been there, I recommend it so you can get a glimpse of just how beautiful the salon is. My stylist Anna Lee is super talented! I recommend asking for her if you can snag an appointment. She's taken me from dark red to a beautiful blonde on one sitting without killing my hair. She's done a super awesome pixie cut 2 times for me and gave great advice on how to grow it out without it looking like a mullet. She's very knowledgeable with her craft. You can come to her with pretty much ANY idea for your hair and she can make it happen. I highly recommend this salon. read more

I am SO HAPPY that I found this place! Anna Lee is FANTASTIC. I absolutely love my Deva Cut. I have been to several Deva Curl stylists, but Anna Lee truly takes the cake!! She gave me tips and tricks that I never knew about, and gave me the most beautiful cut. It is the perfect shape, perfect length; it suits my face shape so well, and is *exactly* what I asked for. She is warm, friendly and engaging, and I honestly could have spent the entire day in her chair chatting because she is just such a delight. I truly cannot rave about my experience enough. I choose Anna lee after the great reviews on here for her. Anna lee gave a great consultation, the haircut ended up being great but I had to go home rewash and style to see it. The only thing was I felt rushed through the style part and didn't leave with the style with the picture I brought, and I showed up an hour earlier than my appointment because she called me to come in earlier so there was time. I go to a salon to feel pampered and have the full salon experience, not run home to rewash and style myself. She did a great haircut but could improve on taking the time to style. read more

Started going here after I met Anna. She convinced me to come after talking to her about her training with curly hair. Boy was I pleased! Anna knows exactly how to cut and shape curly hair as well as the whole range of hair products best suited. I've always been pretty meh about years of cuts before Anna, and never found a hair cutter who really knew what to do with my hair (combination fine/very curly with some course kinks/ thicker in the back). I used to put off getting cuts (maybe once a year) because they were always so stressful and disappointing. I've never had better cuts. The price isn't unreasonable either. My favorite stylist, Anna, moved here. She's great and she does amazing things to make my hair look awesome. She's great with men and women cuts (she does my wife's hair and it always looks sexy as hell). I've been going to Anna for a good amount of time and she is always able to give me good advice and come up with ways to make me happy and excited with my hair. Everyone else I've ever been with always gave me generic cuts that minimized my hair's curls and waves. With Anna, the styles look great, look current, and take advantage of my natural hair flow rather than trying to hide things. It also helps that she will walk me through proper styling technique to go along with the cut. And she gives good advice on the right products to use that makes the style easy and manageable. She doesn't try to upsell needless products--she shows what works and explains why. And if I have trouble making it work at home, she let's me come back for a consult free of charge--she wants to make sure I look good and feel good just as when I first left the salon chair. It's great!! I also love the mini spa treatment I get with each cut. She gives a shampoo, a hand and arm massage, and a hot towel face towel. That's all part of the normal $30 men's cut! Yeah, it's not as cheap as a $12 cut from a chain, but you're getting the best cut in all of the Cleveland Metro area. read more

I have been going to Forbici for about two years, now. I always have magnificent service and walk out looking (and feeling) (AND LOOKING) so pretty! I go to Anna, a stylist there, and I went to her previous salon, so when I got there for the first time, she gave me full tour of the place and explained the products including the good points and not-so-good points of each (which I really appreciate). She always offers me a beverage and makes sure I'm well cared for there, which is so nice! The salon itself looks exactly how you want a nice salon to look - very clean, cute style, and modern. Another thing I have noticed and really appreciate about Anna is that she is constantly learning her trade. She already does fantastic work, but she makes a point to learn (for example) men's cuts from a barber or she goes to conferences to see what's trending. She has a real passion for the art she chose and I benefit because of it! I have had people (plural) comment on how nice my highlights look! A hairdresser who was cutting my hair (yes, I was cheating, but I didn't have color done and Anna's salon is 20 miles away and this one is across the street from where I work!) said "who does your highlights because they look great! You have to keep going to her!" Yes. That really happened. I have been going to her for so long that I can say "have at it" and she knows what will look good on me. That's rare to find, and one of the reasons why I followed her from the other salon. You don't mess with a good thing! read more

I love Anna! Knowledgeable, talented, and professional. I never knew my hair could actually be so healthy and look so good! My family and friends noticed immediately and my husband is overjoyed. Seriously, I have curly hair and I wasn't aware that there is a curly girl cut and products and a way to style it that makes it look it's absolute best. Anna has made my hair look healthy and glamorous and I'm super relieved and happy! She also keeps me on the cutting edge and from sticking to a hairdo that would date me or look ridiculous... But at the same time... If I really want something.... she always gives me exactly what I want! If I'm not happy, she's not happy! Highly recommend! There's no substitute. 'Salon' should not be in the name! I gave this place a chance while my normal hair girl was on maternity leave. I wanted to like it as it was locally owned and operated.... as I found out from the owner who did my hair. I made an appointment for a cut and full color. When I made my appointment I indicated that I had long, thick hair so they could book the time appropriately and that I was a new customer. While putting in my dark brown color she painted all over my forehead, and 4 weeks later the little baby blond hairs around my scalp are still dark brown. I had to ask for her to wipe the color off of my face- which she waited to do until after she was done completely applying the color. So then I had this chemical rubbed all over my face which turned me into a blotchy red mess and kinda burned my skin. Then the shampoo.... which was anything but a relaxing experience. No scalp rub, well unless you count her rubbing the metal spay nozzle across my forehead. I had to repeatedly ask her not rub the nozzle on my forehead and this is after I repeatedly mentioned I had a sensitive scalp. She sprayed me with water, was aware of it, but no towel offered. Now for the cut and "style". I basically walked out of there looking like a 12 year old. My hair was cut all one length and the "style" was a blow dry using a wooden flat brush. Not a good look or in the slightest bit modern. To top it all off, I had to pay $93 (not including tip) for this experience/ service when the website quoted max of $83 for these services (cut $25-$38 and color $35-$45). I'm not foreign to salons or getting a cut and full color- been doing so for years. But 4 weeks after this experience I still get aggravated thinking about the sloppily applied color, painful wash, and outdated cut. The owner was well aware that I was a new client and she did not win me over. Also, I get to go to my original hair girl next week so she can fix this pathetic cut! read more

I had been searching for a new salon after a series of haircuts from my long time stylist that at best, I'd describe as so-so. I heard great things about Forbici Salon in Lakewood from a friend. I'm so happy I trusted her referral to *Anna Lee*! Upon my arrival, Anna greeted me at the front and offered me refreshments! She explained about the brands of products their salon uses and why they believe that they are the best choice for health and quality. Then she gave me a tour of the salon showing me the product displays, the mani and pedi area, private waxing, massage, and spa treatment rooms, hair stations, and even a serene reflection area outside! Anna led me to her station and started the consultation by asking what brought me to her, what I am looking for in a haircut and stylist. She was AWESOME! We conversed about her thoughts of what style she thought worked best for me, asked me *and listened* to my thoughts before starting the cut. She suggested we try something new with my part. It was just the difference I was looking for! She explained why she used specific products designed for my hair type and style. I have very fine hair and she told me of a solution to a long time problem of adding volume without damaging my hair. She is current on the styles of today, what is appropriate for my age group (early 30's) and is very well educated about her profession! She knows hair! I haven't been this happy with a haircut in a looooooong time! I would and will refer her to everyone. She definitely has a returning loyal customer. Thank you Anna! read more

Great salon! Very relaxing atmosphere stating ( always) friendly greetings . My stylist, Anna Lee offers me water or tea. Anna Lee has changed me from one color blond to a fun & dramatic look, highlighing my hair., which I love & get endless compliments on. She really takes the time to explain what products she is using on my hair & shows me the techniques she is doing to my hair to achieve the look I want. She has actually taught me how to style & manage my hair in between my appointments with her. Anna is the only stylist who blows out & styles my hair how I really like it. She listens to what I would like. All I can say is she really gets it!! read more

The owner is nice. She personally called after a fire to cancel and apologize. Anna is not all the hype. She's dry personality and makes you feel uncomfortable the whole time. I've lived and traveled all over the world and have been to many hair salons in 30 yrs. but this is by far the worst one I've ever been to. I seriously questioned whether the woman I went to had any training. Worst colour I've ever had and the bang trim was crooked as well. I suppose if you have very short hair it wouldn't matter....but I have long hair and it looks awful. read more
