Rather than fix his mistake, he recommended she go somewhere else to get it fixed! So much for "free installation"; not only will it cost money to have the bolt drilled out, but what should have been a simple/quick repair now requires more running around since the recommended repair shop had no techs available. You can be sure we'll think twice before getting service here again. If a store can't deliver on its promise, then it shouldn't make the promise.
