She bought a car in June and has had nothing but issues with it. Took it back several times for the windows to be fixed (something they had "fixed" before selling it" and the check engine light that kept coming on. Windows were finally fixed but I guess the check engine light was just reset because she ended up having to put a new motor in the vehicle. Our mechanic said there is no way they weren't aware of the engine problems. One of my daughter's visits to the dealership resulted in her being told to leave the property and left her sobbing. She couldn't understand why they would treat her this way. She went from being proud to be able to finance her own car to embarrassed that she got taken advantage of. They have basically called her a liar and put down our mechanic. They were not good at returning phone calls or following up in regards to the tags for the vehicle and the issues they agreed to fix. Once she bought the car and it was in her possession they did not show any respect or empathy for the issues she was having. They had no desire to even offer to help with any of the expenses of the repairs. If you buy from them I would HIGHLY recommend you have your mechanic check it out from top to bottom before signing anything.

He worked to find the exact truck I wanted and then gave me a deal I could not refuse!!! I have dealt with many dealers in my lifetime and this was my first experience at County....but it will not be my last. Then as the weather warmed, I turned on the AC and it blew nothing but hot air. I returned to Country for repair. Later I got a call that they had run all the diagnostics on the AC and the tests did not find a problem....but the tech agreed with me that the AC was not functioning properly and they were contacting Chrysler to determine a cause. Any other dealer would have returned the truck and said that diagnostics showed no issues. Country continued troubleshooting and eventually found a loose wire in the connector. I now have some of the coldest AC around (LOL). Thanks to Country for caring about the customer.
