When I asked what "starting from $99" actually meant, or how a 50% discount resulted in $119, I could not get a clear or logical explanation despite asking several times.I am still curious what "starting" means, is that the price for one eye, or do they charge per lash? At one point, I was told the original price was $200, yet even that did not align with the discounted amount quoted. The lack of transparency, basic math consistency, and unprofessional customer service made me lose confidence in the business entirely. I won't see anyone else…read more I've been seeing Summer for lashes, sugaring, and facials since February and I just started getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted by her too. She always does amazing work and it also just an all around great human. I look forward to talking to her throughout my appointments. Lashes: I was a newbie when I started getting lashes and honestly wanted something low maintenance so I could just "wake up and go" in the mornings without having to fuss with mascara. She walked me through the process and talked lengths with me prior to getting started. I felt super comfortable and like she knew what she was doing. She took her time and they look incredible every time! I've never had a fill that I didn't leave ultra happy with. Brows: I used and abused my brows (hello 90s thin line brows, I see you) and so it's been a struggle to get them to look how I want without several minutes and much patience in the morning drawing them in. Well, I'm all about the low maintenance and so Summer perfectly shapes and then tints my brows and I couldn't be happier, despite my previous disgust for my left eyebrow. After each appointment she shows me where still needs growth and where I absolutely cannot between appointment pluck if I want to have my left brow look like my beloved right brow. She's a perfectionist and I love that! Sugaring: What can I say. It's always awkward to introduce a new waxer/sugarer to the nether regions, but she's so professional and quick! She talks to you like it's NBD and it really isn't. It's my first experience with sugaring and I will never go back to wax for a Brazilian ever, ever again.
