    Steven and team got my new Mustang in and out quickly with great attitudes and quality service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called other Ford dealers closer to my home who after two weeks never even returned my calls to schedule a service appointment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] These people are really great and who I will use in Baldwin county!

It's a rarity that I actually get in the teller line nowadays since the NFCU app is pretty robust to do check deposits with a snap of a photo as well as easy $ transfer from/to any NFCU accounts. I have been very happy with my past engagements with NFCU's loan (mortgage, auto) departments and like the immediate responsiveness of their credit card fraud department when they flag potential fraudulent transactions. I do miss that NFCU no longer has coin counting machines (allowed customers to have their coins counted and deposited directly into NFCU accounts) in any of their branch locations.

First of all either no tune up was done or they did not know what they were doing. Cylinder 6 coil was not working at all. Making only 5 cylinders running which should of stopped the tune up. You all replaced the coil only after the mechanic noticed the computer code after all the work was done that Cylinder 6 was not working. Then the very last thing Precision Auto Tune did was replace the Cylinder coil. So no tune up could of been done or was done after the coil was put in. I watched this with my own eyes. Also I should of been told from the start how much the oil pump replacement cost and work was. Then the sensor that I was told that needed replaced. It did not need replaced. So Precision Auto Tune replaced a part that did not need replacement. Precision Auto Tune told me it was then the oil pump that needed replaced for 2400 dollars. I had lost all trust in them. I talk with other mechanics around town and looked it up for myself. It is a known issue for Vortec engines. It is a problem with the Oil pickup tube getting air in it once the engine is hot. I got estimates for this which was all around 1,000 dollars. It is only 3 bolts to replace this and a 45 dollar part. So I will just do it myself. But as they could not do a Tune up on an engine only running on 5 out of 6 cylinders and the sensor they replaced was working properly that they replaced and they are suppose to be the experts at 200 an hour. I asked for my money back because they could not of done the Tune up and the sensor that they said fixed the truck did not fix the truck. Any court and mechanic hearing this will know I am right and asking for what is fair. This is a open and shut hands down case against Precision Auto Tune.

    NEVER EVER LEASE with Southeast Toyota Finance (SETF). After 3 years of perfect payments (early…read morepayments every month) and paying off our lease early in a lump sum, including the $350 end-of-lease fee (which we don't know what that was for), SETF screwed us over. In January, we turned our vehicle back to our nearest Toyota Dealership as per their instructions since we moved out of state. We were told their inspection company couldn't visit us for 30 days, so they advised us to go to the nearest Toyota dealership. A Toyota representative inspected our vehicle. All paperwork was satisfied, signed, and documented with a Toyota rep on the phone while at the dealership. We thought all was good. 2 months later, here we are in March, and we learn through Credit Karma that there is an ADDITIONAL $1,100 OWED!!! We haven't received anything in the mail about this so it was happenstance that we came upon this news. We called SETF on 3/9/2026 and were informed that there was damage to the vehicle!! Keep in mind that we haven't had this vehicle in our possession since the beginning of January, when we turned it back to the dealership as SETF advised (and we got a text confirmation in January that we've satisfactorily paid the lease fee, which concluded our lease liability in January 2026). During the inspection from the Toyota dealership in January, the vehicle had absolutely no damage to it. Upon calling SETF on 3/9/26, we were told, " SETF is separate from any dealership, and the inspection was invalid." Then we were told that we were liable for $1,100. After explaining the situation to the representative several times, we could see that there was no way to fight these extortion fees. Remember, we turned this vehicle back into the Toyota dealer PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS, and 2 months later, we get an additional charge of $1,100. Ultimately, we paid the fee to put an end to this once and for all because how is the common man supposed to fight a giant corporation like Toyota? You can't. I will share my experiences with everyone I know and those I don't know. We will never buy another Toyota product due to their LACK OF ETHICS IN BUSINESS AND EXTORTION TACTICS! Thanks for nothing, Southeast Toyota Finance. It's no wonder you have a 1.6-star rating on the Better Business Bureau.

    This company is a finance company and deals with warranties. I bought a 2026 supra from AutoNation…read moreToyota Pinellas Park that costs near 70k and within 6 months and less than 2k mile the seats topcoat failed and has flaked and discolored. Its 100% a manufacture defect but STF wants me to pay $400 to have it replaced. Absolute scam of a company and I'll be moving my loan away from them and never buying another Toyota car again. Instead of fixing this for $400, they'll be losing close to 10k in interest from me. Hope it was worth it. dealing with the dealerships constant lying and poor professionalism and 10+ hours on the phone with the corporate brand office, I would never get another Toyota.
