I had a referral from my real estate agent, and that person was a no show and no call back after making appointment with me. I found Lynzie and gave her a try. She came to my home and did a move in clean, the next day, she was a lifesaver!!. The house looked pretty clean but then we noticed there was a lot of animal hair, it was a lot more work than we realized. The house was 2450 square feet and it was everywhere. Lynzie spent 13 hours in my house cleaning every spot and left it spic and span clean. We then had other contractors come into the house and they all commented on how beautiful the house was and how clean it was. She truly took a very stressful move and alleviated it, and it was so nice to move into a beautifully cleaned home. When she says she has high standards, she really does. I also appreciate that he installs reputable equipment that doesn't result in callbacks. He also replaced the rubber seal rings as his standard protocol. After shopping, around at Home Depot and local glass and window stores, we found a company that completely filled our needs at a home and garden show near us. California Craftsman were at the event showcasing the many styles and manufacturers of windows and doors. They highly recommended Milgard brand. Their knowledge of window technology so impressed us that after studying the web to research little more we contacted them for a bid. Doug the salesman and Jon the job coordinator came out and gave us some alternative suggestions to our original plan which we had not considered but gratefully accepted. Their alternatives, using Milgard windows gave us more light, convenience and style. After a couple of weeks of waiting (Milgard has a manufacturing plant close to our residence) California Craftsman came out to install. As with most folks, we were sort of dreading the invasion of construction workers stepping on plants, dragging dirt into the house, swearing and listening to riotous music played at maximum volume. We need not have worried about any of these things. The workmen showed up on time and ready to work. Also here were Doug and Jon to make sure all workers knew their particular jobs and that all windows, frames and supplies were there. The work was admittedly loud, but at the end of the day, all eleven windows and sliding doors were installed and working. They had all parts, paint and other supplies on hand, meaning the crew of five (Clark, Fletch, Ryan Justin, and Addine) kept working all the time. And let me tell you, they REALLY worked. I cannot tell you enough about what a pleasure it is to see a job go as well as the one they did for us. Another partial day with a crew of two had this job finished beautifully. Recently our long-time carpet cleaner (Golden Carpet Cleaning) just vanished without a trace, leaving us high and dry with dirty rugs. Then I remembered that Tom's card said "Carpet Cleaning" too. As it turns out, his equipment is very state-of-the-art and provides the correct amount of pre-treatment, agitation, and steam extraction. The results were amazing, as we had been happy with our previous carpet cleaner--- but Tom was even better. Best of all, he doesn't use too much water, so the rugs dry about 2 hours faster than a "Truck Based" steam cleaning system. We're lucky to have someone like Pro Window & Carpet Cleaning in our area.
