After Dr. Mila came on board, we noticed a significant change in the approach to our care. At multiple visits, there seemed to be a much stronger emphasis on recommending additional treatments and procedures that we didn't feel were necessary. While we understand that every dentist has their own philosophy of care, we often left feeling pressured rather than informed. Instead of discussing options and helping us understand whether treatment was truly needed, it felt like there was a push to add more services. For our family, trust and transparency are the most important qualities in a dental provider. We value a conservative approach and want to feel confident that treatment recommendations are based solely on our needs, not on offering more procedures. There are TVs in the rooms and waiting areas. The doctor and staff are great with kids as well as adult patients. The front desk staff thoroughly explains the treatment and what insurance will pay. They have a doctor that comes in and does extractions, including wisdom teeth. They also share office space with an orthodontist. It's great having such easy access to specialists. Too many dentists these days try to do it all and it's great to see someone who doesn't. The text reminders are great as well, although I say that as someone who rarely actually answers her phone when it rings!
