I pulled the door partially open to go inside and had to let go because of a phone call. It looked like some people saw me. Took a few minutes to end the call, and during that time, I heard someone come up from the inside and close and lock the door. I called their phone number and no answer. Closed business? Moving? I appreciate the Off Peak class pricing in this economy, and I tend to book those classes since they're cheaper. These classes are often taught by Krystal and Sunny, and they've quickly become my favorites! They're so patient with newer members. I don't like being touched by instructors during my workouts when they're trying to correct my form, and Krystal+Sunny are able to tell me verbally how to correct my form without touching me. I get a great workout and I'm noticing results - my biceps are getting more muscular as I've become more consistent in the last two months!

Also, the community is so diverse, as are the coaches- who are seriously ALL amazing. It makes such a difference to see a range of bodies, ages, to hear from Celia Cruz to Chicago to M83. And they have such patience with my clambering children and even pups. I think seeing their mom lift heavy weights helps them see themselves as able and strong as well. My life is so much healthier and happier having this place to make me stronger and less stressed.
