When I inspected the property on May 27, 2026, there was still a shocking amount of dog hair embedded in the carpet even after TWO cleanings. I shared photos and was basically told they would do nothing unless I paid again because the 30-day window expired. A professional carpet cleaning company should not leave behind visible pet hair after two appointments. Completely disappointing experience. I would never hire them again.
