Sam was very nice but a few things stood out: 1. his product sheet did not match his service such as "detailed hand wash using the 2 bucket method" 2. and "machine apply a dedicated all in one paint cleaner/wax" 3. and the prices on his price list did not match what he quoted so I was expecting some sort of fancy wash and machine applied paste wax but got a pressure wash and a sprayed on wax coating. sure, the pressure washer is a machine but the expectations were just a bit higher. in fairness, he did offer to stop after one car but I let him continue his work. so be very aware of what you're buying as it's not the same as the others offering exterior detailing. read more

Sam is pretty awesome. Super legit. I have very high expectations and our car was filthy disgusting. I have 4 kids 16-3 and we spend a lot of the time in the car. Crackers, pretzels, unknown toddler substances--you name it it was in the car. Sam's attention is detail is very impressive. I reached out to Sam at 1225, and he responded with in 1 minutes, I asked for exterior service, but my main concern were 6-8 scratches on my hood from some using a brilliant pad to get sap off, he asked for photos, which I really liked because I felt he would make an informed quote, his price was amazing, he came out same evening, arrived 5 minutes early and was very informative and he worked very quickly, to my amazement, he was able to remove the scratches! Sam did a really great job on my car. I have a white Mazda CX-5 with some visible scuff marks on the drivers side. No matter what I did, I could not get them out on my own or at a car wash. He was able to completely remove them and my car looks brand new! He was able to come to my house, wore a mask and did a walk through of everything his did once he was complete. I let Sam know my car had dog hair all over the car i also let him know that it was pretty dirty. So he came late because of his van broke down... He just vacuumed the carpet and cleaned my seats. On the texts before he came i said the car was pretty dirty and there is dog hair all over. I was basically asking for a full interior detail. I didn't get that, for 250.00 i got the seat clean and my carpet vacuumed. So i went to walmart and got a handheld steam cleaner and some terry cloths and did the damn thing myself. if i knew i was going to be charged 250 for what i got id say ripoff. If youre car or truck need heavy cleaning, this is not youre guy. read more
